Viator has excelled in their Bangkok tours. The Palace and temples were good value with a knowledgeable guide. The cruise was just right to finish the day with very good food and service.

This is a great day trip out of Bangkok. Our guide kept us entertained on the long bus ride and was an excellent tour guide through Auytthaya. The river cruise back to Bangkok was just wonderful and the lunch buffet was better than the over priced dinner cruises in the city.

The ruins are amazing, lovely countryside drive with loads of great info. The cruise home is relaxing and great for riverside photos!

Highly enjoyable tour. Guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Lunch was delicious. Tour was well planned, with time given at all locations to explore on your own and take photos. However please note that only 3 temples are visited, 2 of which are not necessarily the most important or best ruins in the area. Seemingly a little disorganised on the tour provider's side, as multiple different times were given to me for pickup from hotel.

Excellent tour. A little bit too far from Bangkok so it's advisable to take water with you. The sights are in great shape and worth a go.

An amazing experience and a good introduction to Bangkok's history. Among the ruins, we felt real awe. It helped us to appreciate the other temples and the Grand Palace much more.

The gigantic Buddha statues in the middle of nowhere were a visual treat. Very informative and a must see destination.

Excellent experience. Guide was knowledgeable and we spent the right amount of time at each stop. Wish we could have ridden the elephants that we saw along one of our stops but fun to see! The cruise back along the river into Bangkok was well worth it. Food on board was fine and service quite reasonable. Would highly recommend! Do make sure you use appropriate sun protection and keep well hydrated everywhere in Thailand, it is hot.

This trip allows you to travel out of Bangkok and view the countryside along the way. The summer palace is a great stop with the cold refresher towels a welcome relief after 1.5 hours in the sun. The ruins of Ayuthaya are stunning, easy to move around and lots of great photo moments. The cruise with lunch is a very comfortable and relaxing way to return to Bangkok. The food and service was excellent. The tour seemed well paced with plenty of time to explore each site. Highly recommended tour with pleasing assistance from all staff working for the tour operator.

This was an excellent tour, however, more time could have been spent at Ayuthaya and the other temples that were visited. I would also suggest that bottled water and a light snack be supplied to all tour participants, free of charge, and also that the tour include smaller groups of participants, perhaps a maximum of twenty people to a tour vehicle.

Good, but would have been better with more time in the ruins of Ayuthaya. Cruise with lunch on return was very enjoyable.

This was a good day, but I would have welcomed a brief stop early on in the day for coffee and refreshments after an early start.
