What a fantstic day we had, really impressed with what the city has done to preserve it's past and embrace modern needs without detracting from the city's cultural feel and so interesting past.
After disembarking at Lime Street we ventured to the Maritime museum and were taken on a superb tour of the original wet dock guided by the brilliant and knowledgeable Danny our tour guide, informative, humerous detailed and who bought that small confined space alive with his enthusiasm, really enjoyable.
To the Pier Head to indulge the various boat trips to The Spaceport and U-Boat museum, both of which were excellent and the trips themselves bought alive with the informative broadcast of the areas history. The view from Birkenhead back across a testomy to how you have maintained a really excellent balance between old and new, well done Liverpool!
After eating and spending sometime in the superb shopping area and Liverpool 1 we took the train back to London enjoying a bottle of red on route!

The trip was amazing! Mersey is unbelievable, and the experience was once in a lifetime! :-))) I had two tickets though, but the second one was not used due to illness, is these a refund or part of the amount for the missed opportunities?

We combined the cruise with a visit to the U boat. Commentary on board was very good. The U-boat was very interesting and was unique in the way it was presented. A very enoyable half day experience.
everything was so fab about this. i have nothing to coplain for, as the staff, all teams were helpful, polite and everything was perfect
will again make a trip to liverpool as it is highly recommended and a beautiful views
Although the bweather wasn't very good we really enjoyed the trip also the U Boat musuem

Need good weather for this one, some of the exhibits at the space centre (good for kids) and uboat experience seemed a little used but did not detract too much from the visit.

A very pleasant boat ride and informative once the sound system was working. Great to be able to hop on and off to visit other attractions.
ferry across the Mersey with a difference, made even more interesting by a visit to U534 for an hour between ferries
