The tour guide did his homework--lots of sketches. What he lacked in fluency, he made up in competence.

The tour guide was very good and quite informative. Wish we had more time at certain points of interest.

Hassle-free and enjoyable trip even though the traveling time is long.

The trip was well conducted. A special commendation to the tour guide who was full of energy and enthusiasm. He was indefatigable in his dedication towards ensuring that we tourists had a good time!

Just our luck to travel to Mt. Fuji on a cloudy day. I don't know how a mountain that is 3,770 meters can be completely obscured by cloud, but it was. The bus from the tour company was a little late in Tokyo traffic, but that gave us time to chat to our guide for the day. She was a Tokyo local, and did a great job answering our questions and pointing out highlights. We saw some gorgeous countryside on the way; there were many shrines and temples and, of course, visited a number of souvenir shops. I'm glad I made my first tour to Mt. Fuji an organized one, as the information given to us was interesting and helped us appreciate the area.

The tour was very good. The only problem was that there was not quite enough time to spend at each place in order to see everything.

Would have been better if we could have been picked up from our hotel.

The tour was excellent. My only disappointment was that we were not returned to our hotel. We were dropped off in the Ginza area and had to return unescorted via subway.

The trip was great and they picked me up at the hotel, but they didn't drop me back off at the hotel and we go lost on the metro back.

Found the tour to be a bit of a rush. Did not get to spend much time at Mt Fuji. Spent more time stuck in traffic.

This tour is good as far as tours go. I would have liked to drive myself but you must have a death wish to drive on Japanese roads.

It was OK, but could have been better

I would like a guide with better English. The weather was not great; I couldn't see Mt. Fuji! But the panoramic view was great.
