Great tour! Got to experience life outside of the great city of Tokyo. Highly recommend for first-timers to Japan.

Well organized trip. The weather was not so helpful this day, except Mount Fuji was beautiful on the moment we arrived. Very nice guide who gave lots of information about the trip as well as Japan. The trip on Lake Ashi was too short.

We did the tour by bus and were not disappointed. Great tour guide who was both knowledgeable and entertaining. The trip highlighted the physical beauty of Japan while giving a good view of life outside Tokyo. Worth the cost!

The weather was dreadful with little visibility, so we did not get to see Mt Fuji or much else! The day was nonetheless very enjoyable and well presented and organised.

Unfortunately it rained during he whole afternoon, so the boat trip and the cable car ride didn't bring what we expected. But I would do the same tour again.

Great trip. Very good guide - lots of information. Meal small very nice - maybe not worth paying in the deal. Great bus, driver safe.

Even though we only went up to the 1st station in Mt. Fuji, the Hakone Ropeway was worth it. Enjoyed the trip very much. Would like to go again if we could go up to the 5th station.

If you have limited time in Japan, this trip is worthwhile. I personally found it to be a bit rushed, spending up to 20 minutes at each place, but I did get to see Mt Fuji, Lake Ashi and Hakone all in 1 day. Would not recommend the trip on overcast or rainy day as you won't be able to see Mt Fuji at all. The tour guide was good and spoke English really well. I didn't take the lunch option, which was held inside at a local hotel with no views. Instead I had lunch at a nearby restaurant which had spectacular views of Mt Fuji.

Excellent trip, only complaint you had to make your own way back from the bus station/train station on completion of the trip. Problem for those not familiar with Tokyo transport system.

Great trip, although if the weather is bad you don't get great views.

It was a pity that the day was cloudy, but on a clear day, perhaps at another time of year, this would be fantastic.

This was a very well organised, enjoyable trip, with a very knowledgeable guide who kept us interested and amused all the way to Mt Fuji. The trip to the 5th station was good, with 20 mins at the bottom and 30 mins at the top. At Hakone we got the boat for a 20 min ride to the cable car, at the top of which we had up to 40 mins. The time you had for shopping in the resort depended on how long you spent at the top. But there was plenty of time to do what you needed at each stop, contrary to what some reviews say. Lunch at a hotel was also nice. It was a really nice day the summit was eventually clear for photos and I would definitely recommend this tour if you don't feel like climbing to the top.

Good day trip. Our guide, was excellent. As bus trips go it was fine but inside of bus smelled of tobacco. We liked lunch on our own and saved money. We had excellent viewing weather which was a real plus for this trip.
