We traveled together with kids. Both the tour guide and driver are good. Intrigue experience riding the cruise and having a fun time playing the snow. It will be much better if the trip can have more stop stations during the end of the trip.

Awesome and breathtaking ! The journey (by bus) was excellent and a good way to enjoy the scenic view of Japan's countryside. You'll never get lost on this trip since the travel was very well organized - from the morning pick up to the end of the trip.

Our trip was absolutely fantastic. We had a wonderful tour guide and she made everything so much more interesting. We actually got to see Mt. Fuji which is a rarity thanks to clouds. Lunch was an adventure with a beautifully laid out bento box. And the hike up to the springs above Lake Ashi was exhilerating and the black eggs so much fun (seven more years of life). Over all it was a wonderful day and I'd highly recommend it.. I'm so lucky to have found the Viator site. They made everything so easy!

Great tour with plenty to do...full day and worth every bit! We didn't have the lunch but that wasn't a problem, our extremely friendly guide showed us several options for an enjoyable and cheap lunch nearby

Very busy day, but so worthwhile, expanded by such a knowledgeable guide who wanted us to know about the real Japan. So helpful as well as the trip being truly blessed by fantastic weather to view Mt Fuji under a blue sky and full sunshine all day - unbelievable.

The tour was as described. It was well organised and our guide was well informed and very funny. He added to the experience. We got some beautiful views of Mt. Fuji. Time for lunch was a little rushed, but we opted to skip the included lunch and sort our selves out which was fine. Would definitely recommend this tour to any visitor to Japan. Mt Fuij is a must see!

Our guide Tadashi was amazing. He kept us entertained through the long drives with lots of stories about Japan and an origami lesson. Everything was very punctual and efficiently organised and the trip itinerary itself was very good.

We had a wonderful day on our trip to Mt Fuji and Hakone. Our guide was helpful, enthusiastic and organized in her presentation of information and happy to answer any questions. We went up to the 4th station and there was snow. The view of the southern mountain ranges was breathtaking. The imposing and spiritual nature of Fujiyama was comparable to our experience of Uluru in Central Australia. Our 7 year old traveller thought it was heaven to play in the snow, cruise on the lake and have a cable car ride on the same day. There were beautiful woodwork handicraft in the Hakone area. The schedule was kept on time and consideration was given to regular toilet stops. The lunch option was worth it as it provided a comfortable break during the day. Our only minor reservation is that there could be less commentary to give us the space and silence to contemplate the views (from different directions) of Fujiyama. A worthwhile experience and a highlight in our 10 night stay in Tokyo.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. We had "Fish" as our guide. He was funny and had interesting things to tell us about Japan. The views in Hakone of Mt Fuji were BREATHTAKING. We were extremely lucky and had a completely clear day and watching the sun set with Mt Fuji was gorgeous! The lunch was the only downside to the tour. It was a Japanese lunch in a hotel. Did not suit my tastes but that's just me. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves that day.
