This was a well organised trip from start to finish, with a fantastic tour guide who did not stop laughing all the way through and kept all of our spirits high! Thanks to the tour guide: she taught us alot about Japanese culture. The day we went on the trip to Mt. Fuji was a very clear day with no cloud cover till late afternoon so we had fantastic views. By the time we got to the cruise and Mt. Hakone it started to snow. One down point, is the length of the cruise, though, as we were told it would be 45 minutes but it ended up being only a ferry crossing for 20 minutes. Apart from that it was a fantastic day out. I would recommend that you do not go for the lunch option, as there is a snack bar near the entrance of the theme park next door to the hotel where you have lunch that serves what we were told was better food and more filling.

Excellent in April as still plenty of snow. The return on the Bullet train was very tame and not nearly as fast as the Maglev in China. I would recommend the tour but not the return by train.

The whole trip was very well organized and everything worked smoothly, like most things in Japan. Despite the bad weather and not being able to see the top of Mount Fuji, the whole experience was worthwhile. The guide was extremely informative and entertaining. We only had time for a one day trip to see Japan, and the variety of the stops and scenery on the tour met our expectations. Thanks for a great experience.

Mt. Fuji is amazing. Enjoyed the Lake Ashi boat ride and the cable car ride. This tour is definitely worth it. Would do it again!

This tour is definitely worth doing if you're in Tokyo. Mount Fuji is fantastic, and the views on Lake Ashi up to Hakone are beautiful. Our tour guide was fantastic, and everything ran very smoothly.

The excursion arrangements went well. Mt. Fuji was clear of clouds all day long, which was a very rare event following a previous day's snow. By prepaying for the excursion, the price was locked in at a more favorable dollar-to-yen exchange rate. The tour guide was knowledgeable and easy to understand, and the bento box Japanese lunch was good, although it may be a bit exotic for newcomers to Japan.

I really enjoyed this tour. There was a lot of traveling from place to place, but the scenery made it worthwhile. In the rainy season you may have fog and clouds blocking your view of the summit. In the mountains, that can change in a matter of minutes, so it is worth going. The boat ride on Lake Ashi is very relaxing.

What a fantastic trip, Mt Fuji was in full view doesn't happen too often - saw & held snow for the first time. YAY! Hakone and Ropeway great. The tour guide was absolutely fantastic, lovely lady. I really enjoyed this tour, I unfortunately lost my camera card with all the photos of this great day, so will have to come back again one day and do all over.
