From hotel pick up to the tour itself, everything was well organized. Our tour guide Take was excellent! He spoke very good English, funny and provided good information about Tokyo. He also went out of his way to find out if the food I bought had sesame since I'm allergic to it. Each of us in that tour was given instructions on how to get back to our hotel. It exceeded my expectations-highly recommend this tour!
Our tour guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and entertaining. We were very lucky with the weather at Mt Fuji beautiful clear day, views at stage 5 breathtaking unfortunately the weather changed as we travelled to Lake Ashi but the views from the top of the cable car must be amazing when there is no cloud!
Mount Fuji is a nice landmark and you can make awesome pictures there. Tour makes it easy to get there and the guide usually fill the trip with very useful information.

A great trip to see the iconic scene in Japan. The guide was informative, the tour offered some varied scenery outside Tokyo, Mt Fuji was impressive and to see the bullet trains at full speed as they sped through the station was worth the money alone.
Excellent tour! We were able to do everything. Our guide, Emiko, was extremely patient with the attendees that were late getting back to the bus and holding up the tour which almost cost us to miss our bullet train connection. She also made should everyone knew where to get off the bullet train and how to get back to the station they needed for their hotel.
we really enjoyed this trip...the weather was great, which made it even better. Very good value for the money.

Everything about our tour was absolutely incredible and produced a lifetime of memories! My wife is allergic to soy which as one can easily imagine could cause a multitude of problems in Japan but not on this trip thanks to our tour guide. Arigato gozaimasu.
this is the first time i book a trip thru viator.com and i would definitely recommend it for those who are going to Tokyo and want to know the surroundings. This one-day trip is a must, the price-value relationship is excellent !!

Tour guide did a great job explaining everything. Everything was well organized and lunch was very enjoyable. We were lucky that the weather was perfect and we were able to see the entire mountain on the day of our tour.

Exceptional day, all the transport systems on the day worked well.We were able to see Mt Fuji from various locations enroute. It was an amazing experience up at the 5th station, view of the snow capped mountain and surrounds very clear.Lake Ashi and the cable car was another other exciting adventure on the day of a picturesque area. The Bullet train trip was an enjoyable event at the end of our day. The tour guide on this day was knowledgeable and helpful.
Sunrise tours had a superb English speaking tour guide. I was especially impressed when the guide went around to hear the backgrounds of all the tour participants -- rarely do tour guides do this. The trip itself felt somewhat rushed as there were only 20 minutes to an hour between scenic places but that's what you sign up for in any tour.
