The tour guide was great and of course so was the tour! The guide was really informative and fun too. She even taught us how to make Mt. Fuji in origami. It was really worth it. Your day will not be wasted, that I really assure! The lunch was great too! A little of everything! To conclude, you won't regret it!

Great day and well worth the money. Bullet train trip back was way to go. We did not take the lunch option. The guide gave us the impression we could only buy food at the hotel. She did not tell us we could walk a few hundred metres to where there were plenty of choices! The tour guide was OK but nothing brilliant.

My party lucked out with the weather, and Mt. Fuji was clearly visible. The guide was knowledgeable, funny, and very helpful in terms of getting back to the hotel. Making changes to your itinerary, e.g., changing the date of your trip, is a bit of a hassle, especially if you are already in Japan. However, I would wholeheartedly recommend this one-day trip.

We had a lovely day on our trip. The tour was amazing, the tour guide was so friendly and bubbly and we got to meet other people as well. Lunch included was nice, and they managed to pack a lot into one day so we really felt like we got our money's worth.

A well-organised event. Efficient hotel pickup, helpful & informative guide, and a well-planned itinerary that included a wide variety of experiences in one day, culminating in a fascinating ride on a bullet train. After the bullet train ride, the tour guide was most helpful and ensured that all guests got on the correct subway train to their hotel. Mount Fuji is often covered in cloud, and we only saw it briefly; don't expect to see an image like the one in the picture. A highly recommended tour - a quality product!

It was an amazing experience, although it began hailing on Mt. Fuji the trip was a great experience. The bullet train is an experience in itself. The guide was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend it.

Loved Fuji and our tour guide was great spoke English and made jokes. It was a once in a life time experience. Mt Fuji was a little shy with all the clouds but seeing all those people at the fifth station not even half way up the mountain getting ready to hike up to the top was amazing. Very happy with the experience. Highly recommended tour.

Trip was wonderful. Well organized and an efficient way to see lots of beautiful sights. Excellent tour guide with lots of personality and full of interesting information. Comfortable bus and facilities. Plenty of time at each stop to experience the venue. Four buses went out that day from Tokyo on the same tour but the schedules were organized in a way that we never felt like there was a big crowd. Riding back on the Shinkansen was a highlight too. Highly recommend this trip!
