This was a fantastic tour and if you only have one day to see more of Japan than Tokyo, this is well worth it. For a modest price, the transportation and driver were great, the tour guide was outstanding, and the sights were everything we hoped it would be. The weather was perfect so we were blessed from the start! I highly recommend this trip. It was go, go, go all day but if I was trying to do this on my own, I would have only experienced a fraction of what I saw and did that day. Kudos to all!

Great trip! We were very lucky to have great views of Mt. Fuji, which not always happens. Guide was knowledgeable and funny. Lake Ashi was wonderful, almost surreal in the mist. Lunch was ok, but it didn't change our good feeling about the whole experience.

Brilliant. Tour guide Em O (or similar) was amazing and kept us amused with stories, teaching us japanese and origami lessons making Mt Fuji! Time flew past. Good value for money - no complaints at all. Comes highly recommended.

Great trip full of action and Mount Fuji shone out. Fortunately our hotel ran a shuttle to the bus station as Sunshine Tours did not pick up from our hotel as our booking said they did.

Hassle-free! I recommend to take the bullet train going back to Tokyo so that you'd have more time to explore the city at night. We got to visit the 4th station and it had a nice view from the top (aside from seeing the the white cap of Mt. Fuji up close). The serving for lunch was small but I think the other tourists enjoyed it. We opted out for the included lunch and tried the hotel buffet instead. It was so-so.

The tour was amazing and the tour guide was really nice and so helpful. She even helped us to go to the right track n get the metro to go back to our hotel. We are planning to do another trip to UK soon and we will book our tours through Viator.

If you only have a short stay in Tokyo this tour is a must. A very well organised day in Tokyo / Mt Fuji. I can see that this would be a hard tour to get right 100% of the time but they have lots of back up plans so that you get great value for money and experience the mountain to its maximum potential on the day. The tour guide was very informative and very helpful throughout the day. The coach was very comfortable and the lunch was a very nice Japanese experience. The only thing that I can highly recommend is to finish the day on the bullet train as it is a long day and it is a lot faster way of getting back to your hotel rather than going home on the coach, as I saw this tour without the bullet train on offer if you wanted to save $40.

The tour was very enjoyable and were given lots of interesting information. However, Mt Fuji was not visible which was disappointing

a great day of history, scenic views, a solid japanese lunch, and a quick shinkansen trip home.

Very well panned out. The tour employees are very welcoming to the tour employees. Too bad they don't have an option for first class bullet train both ways.
