Perfect conditions the day I went; got great shots of Mt Fuji. Highlight of the day for me was the bullet train--a tour well worth doing.

Great trip! Lots of stuff crammed into one day but you never really felt rushed.

This tour is a must do when you go to Tokyo. We were fortunate that the weather was clear and had excellent views of Mt Fuji. Our tour guide was excellent from interesting information to making sure we all got home safe and sound. Hokone was beautiful. Better to catch the bullet train home than the coach, quick, easy, on time. The day was cold but just rug up.

The tour was worth the money spent. It was a very good experience. The tour leader was very friendly, helpful and gave us knowledge on Japanese cultures and lifestyles besides visiting places.

Well planned trip, and the guide is cool and knowledgeable with sense of humor. She kept us awake and we never get bored. We learned a lot about Japan, so it's worth the trip, and we will definitely use Viator for future tours.

The tour guide was excellent, spoke fantastic English and was very entertaining. It was worth paying the money just to listen to him.

The day trip was excellent. The operator was well organized pretty much like everything in Japan the tour guide was well knowledgeable. It is a long day, so be well rested for the trip. In general, Tokyo residents do not speak a lot of English. And you will find that pretty much everywhere even at places where they are supposed to speak well English. This tour was not the exception. While the tour guy was extremely nice, helpful, serviceable, funny, his spoken English was sometimes very difficult to follow. However, the trip is very much worth it!

Wonderful trip greatly enhanced by beautiful weather. Mount Fuji was clearly visible and the cable car ride and boat trip were very interesting. The return trip by bullet train was also fascinating. Our excellent guide was also a big asset as she was full of information and even helped us all to find our underground connections when we returned by train to Tokyo station. Altogether a very enjoyable day and one we would recommend to any other visitors.

Mt Fuji was perfect and the weather was also perfect. The bullet train was just OK, I thought it would be at much higher speeds but maybe it is in the countryside and not in the city limits.
