The weather played up a bit and we didn't get to see much of MT Fuji due to the fog and low cloud however it was snowing and we had a blast anyway. Our tour guide who nick named herself Katie was amazing she was funny, full of knowledge and she even sang the Mt Fuji song for us. This trip was great

We had a great day on this day trip to Mt Fuji! We did have a short clear glimpse of Mt Fuji before the snow began. We are sure the highlight of the trip would have been the cable car at lake Ashi but it was totally snowing. A great day despite the weather very well planned and on schedule.

They are organized, polite, and know their stuff. We only got to stay at each location for 30-40 minutes though, which I had anticipated for a day trip that cover a lot of places like this. Regarding the optional lunch, either you bring your own sandwich, or eat with the rest of the group.

We loved this trip. Very fortunate that the sun shone on the mountain all day which is quite rare I believe. The booked lunch was great and we did dessert in the patisserre rather than the going to the museum; Mmm Mmm Mmm. Would love to do it again in spring rather than December.

We had a great time from the beginning of this tour. The tour guy who I forgot his name, is a funniest man I've ever met, he made us enjoy the whole trip lot more. We also very lucky to had a beautiful sunny day to let us discovered Mt Fuji in different angle. Truly amazing experience!

English speaking guide Toko made it very easy for us. They were punctual and professional. One of the cable car ride was out of order but they took us to a different place instead.

The tour was great, just don't expect to spend a looot of time at Mt. Fuji, is just about half an hour. But it a nice tour to take and see lots of places.

The weather was bad and clouds eliminated any chance of seeing the mountain. However, the guide, Amy, was exceptional. Very thorough and very knowledgeable as we peppered her with questions. Would love to do this tour again in good weather.

Excellent tour !
From the early morning coach pick-up (at the Metropolitan Hotel) through to the lady guide helping us back through the Tokyo metro system...fantastic !
The guide was very informative and anxious to please.
It is a long day though, and the lunchtime drinks mean a quiet coach up to the lake.
Thoroughy recommended.

It was a worth paid visit for anyone having their first trip to Japan or Tokyo. I have proposed to a few friends and the trip organiser is efficient and professional.
