Weather was perfect and the view of Mt Fuji was clear and beautiful. Lunch provided was good too. Tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining. Good job!
The trip was excellent! The view??? Awesome! We got to go to the highest level which is stage 5, with the clear view. Superb! Highly recommended! The tour guide is friendly. Will for sure recommend my family and friends to follow this trip.
Everything about this tour was A-1. Picked up on time at hotel. Guide we could understand. Good visits to highlights. We were PLEASED. Only problem was it was dark for the bullet train so we didn't get the full measure of how fast we were going.
This was a great tour! Our tour guide Mari was great. Her English was easy to understand and her knowledge of all parts of the tour were outstanding!
Tour guide was REALLY awesome and nice. Loved the tour, even though the weather was terrible.
It was an amazing experience! Luckily the skies were clear and could get a good view of the mountain. Everything was well taken care of. Food was very good.
Our tour guide was excellent -very bubbly and knowledgeable. Mount Fuji is amazing to see, and the boat ride, cable car journey and volcano visit combined to make a great day out. We had lunch at the Highland Resort Hotel, we didn't pre-order but just chose which restaurant we wanted to eat in when we got there. The food was delicious. The bullet train back to Tokyo was an excellent way to end a fantastic day out.
The trip was well organized and coordinated. We went in 3rd week of Oct so weather as a bit problem. Was able to see Mt Fuji from station 5 but from Hakana mountains and cable car, we were supposed to get a good view of the moutain, but didnt as it was foggy and visibility was less than 5m... Overall a great trip around the country/hill side of Japan.
The tour was well organised, from the start to the end. The well-speaking English tour guide, Emiko (hopefully it is a right spelling), was fabulous. She took care to every team member, even she ensured everyone had actually caught the bullet train back to the Tokyo station when the tour ended. In generally, we were very happy with the entire trip.
Amazing! This was the first guided tour we have ever taken. From the pickup, transportation, guidance during the trip, and the personal touches to make sure we knew how to get back home, I would recommend this trip to anyone! I went with my mom and sister. Our tour guide, Emiko Amy N., was just wonderful. She had us sing the Mt Fuji song, told stories, taught us some origami, did magic, and gave us the history of the mountain and national park. She was warm and an amazing ambassador for Japan. This is the perfect way to see Mt Fuji, Lake Ashi, take a ride on the bullet train-and all of the work is done for you. The bullet train was as cool as I thought it would be. We are so happy we took this trip. Mt Fuji is absolutely beautiful. If you travel to Japan, make sure it is on your to-do list.
Hiro was an excellent tour guide very well organized and informative. The trip right until the end was enjoyable and we learnt some Japanese culture along the way that was an extra treat. She sang a song and led us to the train station as well as the other guests making sure we were safe and could find our way back.
