It was a very exciting trip, the bus ride was excellent, We were very excited when we approached Mount Fuji, and had a wonderful time at the summit. We were lucky with the beautiful weather. we are able to see the whole view. It was really a wonderful trip.
IT WAS EXCELLENT TOUR.WE HAD A NICE TIME FOR WHOLE DAY.ONLY MISTAKE WAS THAT THEY FORGOT TO PICK US UP FROM OUR HOTEL SHINJUKU WASHINGTON,BUT THEY GAVE US VEGETARIAN FOOD WITHOUT CHARGE.
This tour is a must for anyone visiting Japan. Our tour guide was highly experienced as he had climbed to the top of Mt. Fuji 20 times. Lunch was great and the boat cruise was a blast! We really enjoyed seeing all the sights and not having to worry about transportation.
A great way to see some of the countryside and small towns. The guide was very friendly and helpful. The lunch option was probably not worth the extra expense, but there was no where else to eat. It consisted of nine bite-size samples of various dishes with soup and rice.
Great tour, our guide Take was brilliant - full of knowledge and quietly friendly. Highly recommend, particularly if you are tight on time in Tokyo.
Great, but I would have liked a guide who explained more about what was around us. He was efficient but seemed to lack knowledge.
It was a lot of fun, and you get a lot with the price. I didn't get the meal included so I can't comment on the meal, but the rest was a lot of fun. The only thing I recommend doing is checking the weather of the day you want to book it.
The day tour was really good. We enjoyed the whole day and the tour guide was very good as well, She was helpful and knowledgeable too. Overall a great experience that I will recommend to everyone who's visiting Tokyo for the first time.
This trip over to Mt Fuji, Lake Ashi and Hakone was fantastic. the weather was favourable to see Mt Fuji, but with an unfortunate icy wind on the summit of Hakone.
Our tour guide for the day Yosushi, he was informative and very friendly. A wonderful guide!
What a wonderful trip. First, a word of thanks to Viator for the refund of my wrong booking and the swift changed to the preferred one. Thumbs up. Super-kind tour guide walked us into the station n showed the exact tract to catch bullet train. Excellent scenery, a must see and must try!!!
What a great trip and well worth it!
The weather played up a bit and we didn't get to see much of MT Fuji due to the fog and low cloud however it was snowing and we had a blast anyway. Our tour guide who nick named herself Katie was amazing she was funny, full of knowledge and she even sang the Mt Fuji song for us. This trip was great
We had a great day on this day trip to Mt Fuji! We did have a short clear glimpse of Mt Fuji before the snow began. We are sure the highlight of the trip would have been the cable car at lake Ashi but it was totally snowing. A great day despite the weather very well planned and on schedule.
They are organized, polite, and know their stuff. We only got to stay at each location for 30-40 minutes though, which I had anticipated for a day trip that cover a lot of places like this. Regarding the optional lunch, either you bring your own sandwich, or eat with the rest of the group.
We loved this trip. Very fortunate that the sun shone on the mountain all day which is quite rare I believe. The booked lunch was great and we did dessert in the patisserre rather than the going to the museum; Mmm Mmm Mmm. Would love to do it again in spring rather than December.
