Really good day. The tour guide was interesting and very informative. We learned so much about the area as well as the history and geography of Japan. We would thoroughly recommend the tour.

This was a wonderful trip. The weather cooperated--low clouds, and when we arrived at Station 5 we were above the clouds and Fuji was bathed in sunshine!! The opposite mountain range was very photogenic as well, with the clouds below the snowcapped peaks--perfect picture taking! A weekday was also in our favor, with traffic not heavy!!
In addition to these two factors, our guide was so great--knowledgeable, good sense of humor, kept us engaged all the way with his history, politics, visual aids, and even teaching origami! He was terrific!
The day was full of varied activities--the ferry on the lake, beautiful fall color on shore, the "ropeway" gondola, wonderful bento box lunch, no waiting for anything! Then the Shinkansen ride back to Tokyo! It was a day full of firsts for us and a very pleasant meeting with the culture. I would say it was the highlight of our week in Japan!
The trip of a lifetime. Perfectly well organised and an opportunity to see so many amazing sites in one day.

The tour was definitely worth the money. We had a great guide who shared some history and many funny stories on the drive up - he even taught us origami. The 5th stage on Fuji was a great spot for photos. At Hakone, the boat ride on the lake and the cable car were nice additions, and the bullet train return was cool. This is a great way to break up touring the city for 4 or 5 days.

I was only in Japan for a week, and this trip allowed me to see things I had no time to arrange for on my own. Our tour guide was great - entertaining and informative.

This was the highpoint of our holiday. Brilliant Mount Fuji was splendid in all its glory. The wispy clouds made it look like a painted landscape. Again, very well organized and everything went like clockwork.

The tour guide was outstanding. The weather was bad, with clouds and rain, but the tour guide made even a dreary day into a delightful one. I strongly recommend this tour.

We had a wonderful experience! The tour guide was well informed and kept our attention. He took the time to make sure that we all got to our respective trains for the trip home. We even got to see the top of Mt. Fuji.

After days of shopping in Tokyo it was really nice to get away from the city. The tour was well-organised and our group of 7 - 4 adults and 3 kids age 6 to 10 really enjoyed ourselves. Although we couldn't see Mt Fuji due to the clouds, the ride to Mt Fuji was scenic and enjoyable. Lake Ashi was beautiful and the ride on the aerial cableway to Mt Komagatake was amazing. We were extremely lucky to have a great tour guide. He told us about history of Japan and even taught us origami on the bus. He was a very responsible and extremely organised tour guide.
