Another great tour. The tour guide was excellent, as was the scenery. It was a long day but well worth it.

The guide was the best I've come across for any tour I've ever taken. Absolutely well-informed about world and Japanese history, eager to answer all questions and very humorous. Enjoyed Mt.Fuji and the Shinkansen 700 ride back to Tokyo. The Japanese lunch was wonderful as well. I will surely recommend this trip to anyone planning to spend more than a day in Japan!

Very interesting and great fun. Our guide was very informative. The scenery was spectacular. Hakone was just beautiful. Our guide even made sure everyone new exactly how to get back to their hotel.

The tourist guide speaks English very fluently. The places we went to were all gorgeous! We were lucky that the weather was excellent and Mt. Fuji was very clear!

For a first time traveler to Japan, Mt Fuji is a must see there. The weather on top was so cold that your nose will freeze. And as for the guide's recommendation, end of Oct to mid Nov is the best time to visit the mountain. Buses can still go up there, and you could easily see the top covered with some snow. We had a chance to choose our lunch Italian in our case because we didn't take the full package and it ended much cheaper than going with lunch option. The Italian restaurant was amazing! Our cruse through Lake Ashi was short but nice, and we then took a cable which was breathtaking. The return in a bullet train is a good idea, although you won't be able to see a thing outside, but it's good to reach Tokyo fast after almost 10 hours. Service was great, and the guide was one of the best we've experienced in any of the tours we had.

Great tour! The guide was very kind. This is a nice journey to take and get a break from the "effervesence" of Tokyo.

Our guide was hilarious and very informative about Fuji and the area, as well as Japanese culture! We read reviews before we went and opted out of the lunch - found a great Italian place for less in the same place. We were lucky and got a clear view of Fuji for both the drive to 5th station and the cable car ride. It was absolutely beautiful and a great way to get out of the city and off your feet a bit!

A must do trip if your in the Tokyo area. A well organised day tour and plenty to see. Mt Fuji is an amazing sight and along with the visit to Hakone and the lakes, and to end a great day the return back to Tokyo was in style on the bullet train. Thank you to our guide. Great value for money.

Excellent day out, suggest you book lunch as insufficient time to make own arrangements.

We had a wonderful time! Our guide was knowledgeable and informative and entertaining--all the best qualities. We visited with others on the tour and made new friends. We loved the scenery even though Mt. Fuji was mostly hidden by clouds, and enjoyed the cruise and gondola activities. Thank you for a great excursion!!

Fantastic tour! We even got a quick shot of Mt. Fuji. Our tour guide taught us a lot about Japanese culture, Mt. Fuji and much more. We chose the without lunch option and had no problems finding some place to eat. I highly recommend this tour.
