We loved it! We were lucky to have beautiful weather along the way. Our tour guide was wonderful, friendly, and beyond helpful.

We had a wonderful experience! The tour guide was well informed and kept our attention. He took the time to make sure that we all got to our respective trains for the trip home. We even got to see the top of Mt. Fuji.

After days of shopping in Tokyo it was really nice to get away from the city. The tour was well-organised and our group of 7 - 4 adults and 3 kids age 6 to 10 really enjoyed ourselves. Although we couldn't see Mt Fuji due to the clouds, the ride to Mt Fuji was scenic and enjoyable. Lake Ashi was beautiful and the ride on the aerial cableway to Mt Komagatake was amazing. We were extremely lucky to have a great tour guide. He told us about history of Japan and even taught us origami on the bus. He was a very responsible and extremely organised tour guide.

To be at one of the most emblematic places of Japan, is a unique experience which I broadly recommend to anyone!

What a wonderful day! We were picked up from the hotel on time and whisked off to the bus station, from there on we had a great time. Fantastic views of Mount Fuji. Lunch was lovely, as was the cruise on Lake Ashi and the cable-car trip, but to top it all off the bullet train back was ultra-efficient! All this and we had our three-month old baby son with us, and still nothing was too much trouble.

I highly recommend this tour for someone who has a day and wants to see Fuji and Hakone. It was really cool, be sure to bring your camera. On the day we went the first half of the day was clear and clouded up during the second half.

The trip was simply superb! The weather could have been better but our tour guide was marvelous! Using his fabulous humor he was able to keep us entertained throughout and at the same time provide great information on Japan, its culture, its people etc. One word to sum up the trip would be "fantastic" and if we get an opportunity, we would do this all over again.

What a way to start a two-week holiday! The weather was fantastic. Seeing Fuji has been a dream of mine for some time, and it will be hard to forget. I'd recommend this trip to everyone. Seeing Fuji, visiting the Lake and Hakone, and then speeding home by Shinkansen is a difficult trip to beat.
