I thought it hit some important spots and the guide was very good - she told a lot of stories from her own life and even showed pictures. I was a single traveller and didn't feel out of place.

Great tour covering the main sites in Tokyo. The boat trip was particularly enjoyable.

Tour company and guide were excellent. The guide spoke excellent English and had great information and stories to share. Lunch was very good, and there was a good mix of activities. It was very good value and we could not have done it any better or cheaper on our own.

The Cruise was weak, it was a half an hour long and you couldn't see much other then the bridge. We spent almost no time in Odaiba.

We wanted to see as much as possible in a short time. Mostly we rode on a bus. What we did see was OK, but wish there had been more. The boat trip was dull, and we saw very little.

A lot of standing in traffic lights, very short stops and this time not a good guide. Should have been better with one stop less, that should give better time for looking around in the spots visited. I do not suggest this tour if you want to have a good look on spots visited.

The morning part of the tour was great, but the afternoon and the visit to Odaiba was a bit disappointing. Nothing much to see. The Senso-ji temple was great, wonderful atmosphere but not enough time for souvenir shopping.

The tour guide was excellent and well-informed. The tour gave us a great overall view of the layout of Tokyo. The steak served at lunch was only average in quality, and soft drinks were an extra charge even though we didn't partake in the alcohol served. Imperial Palace was disappointing as the garden was closed on Monday the day of our tour. Bus pickup service to and from hotel was excellent. Payment before leaving Australia was easy and the website had loads of information regarding the tour. Tour to Odayiba shops was a little pointless as we were only there for 20 minutes. Overall, a worthwhile and value-for-money tour for first time guests to Tokyo, and we would recommend this tour for other Australian travellers.

The tour was a great way to get around and see Tokyo. Unfortunately, it was a hot, humid September day in Tokyo and the bus had only very minimal air conditioning. It meant there was no good place to cool off after walking around the temples or palace, so as the day went on it became more difficult to enjoy the sights because we were hot and tired. The bay cruise was also neat, but the trip to the mall at the end was a waste. I could visit a regular mall in the US anytime and this one was not really any different. It would've been better to just finish the tour after the cruise or go to a more unique, historical location. I definitely recommend the tour as a way to see a lot of Tokyo in a single day, but there were definitely things that would've made it a more enjoyable day.

It rained heavily in the morning and this put a damper on the trip. Our tour guide kept repeating the same thing over and over again. People on our tour should have been given a voucher to repeat the trip.

We didn't really feel like our tour guide was up to par. He didn't seem to know a lot of information about the area and had a tendency to repeat the same information over and over. He didn't wait for everyone to get off of the bus before he started to talk, so we missed some stuff.

The tour of Tokyo was great! We did have one problem - the group on our tour bus was so large that by the time those at the back of the bus had gotten off, the tour guide had already begun speaking. I think I missed twelve of the guide's descriptions, and we had to decide whether to try to keep up, or just to take pictures and look up the details on the internet later.
