Great! Very professional service. On time waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. Clean comfortable and air-conditioned vehicle. The airport is more than an hour from Tokyo. I would recommend this service.
It was very good to be met after a night flight and taken to our Hotel. Well done
Hi everyone ! We are travelling in Japan and it is Sept. 14. We arrived at Narita International and after clearing customs we walked outside and there was our driver. we were expecting a bus BUT no we had a private vehicle in a beautiful car who was simply brilliant ! It was scheduled to take 1.5 hrs but barely.
Everything worked perfect. The driver was waiting for us, he was polite, helpful and professional. The taxi
was spotless, the drive was smooth, and we arrived at our Hilton Hotel in Tokyo very satisfied. I highly recommend the services of Viator.
Sorry I did not answered you earlier but we were still travelling until a couple of days ago.
The driver was waiting for me as I got out of immigration. She was extremely friendly and spoke quite a bit of English. She helped me get to an ATM even before we left the airport. I was the only person being taken at that time, so it turned into a private ride. The driver pointed out significant landmarks along the way. It was stress free and enjoyable. I couldn't have asked for more.
Driver was easy to spot in the crowd as he held a sign with my name. Very courteous and prompt.
Very efficient service driver waiting for us when we arrived would highly recommend
Well priced and well organised pick up and drop off , compared to a private limousine service for double the price. Highly recommend it.
Great! Nice car service. I was the only passenger. On time pick up at the airport with my name on a sign, and he drove me directly to my hotel. Minimal English, but no problem.
