Great experience. The guide was funny and informative, the food was excellent and the views were awesome.
Excellent dinner, great views, our weather was perfect so that really helped. We were really happy with our guide, he was very pleasant and patient with our questions!
THIS WAS FANTASTIC!! We extremely enjoyed this evening. The food was fantastic allowing us to experience the wide variety of Japanese food. We were the only western people on the boat which could have been a big problem apart from the fact we had our own tour guide who translated for us and explained to us what we were eating! Apparently this tour has only just become available to non-Japanese people so if you do go you are quite likely to be the only non-japanese people there. The other people on the boat do not see to mind you being there and they are completely fascinated that and English person made it all the way to Tokyo Bay! We thoroughly enjoyed this meal and would definitely recommend it
This was an excellent tour, and my tour guide was very guide. Courteous, informative, friendly, funny, and very very helpful. Well, WELL worth the money, a delicious meal, completely open bar, a lot of fun, just be prepared for what it is: a great party cruise, with a mixture of people leaning slightly heavily on locals, I.E. not necessarily English speaking. A GREAT time was had by all, and not only would I recommend it to others, but next time I am in Tokyo I will do it again, not for the tour info, but because it was such a good time.
Ill admit we were not looking forward to this as much as the other thing we have done, but it turned out to be a whole lot of fun. Have to say, the people who share your table do play a factor into how good the trip will be, we meet a funny couple from France which made it more fun.
The place to meet was a little hard to find but we got in there in end. There was only the two of us on the cruise and one other couple plus the tour guide, which was great. The tour guide spoke good english but didnt really tell us too much about the sights once we were on the water. the food was amazing though, heaps of food, all fresh and came out really quickly. The views from the boat were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and they even dropped us back near our hotel even though our hotel wasn't on the offical list of drop-offs.
I enjoyed seeing Tokyo on the water and the food was filling. I didnt think there was much for the tour guide to do, he didn't do any commentary through the trip and seemed really tired from an earlier tour. Not his fault. If I compare value for money of this trip compared to the Mt Fuji and Nikko, I'd say that the Bay Cruise is over priced. However, we still had a good time.
Very overpriced for what you get. Very average food and the view is pretty uninteresting from the boat. If you want to see the view pictured on the Viator site just go to Odaiba on the light rail. I want my time and money back.
