It was the perfect start to the visit as it gave us a feel for the layout of some of the main sites without the stress. Our guide was knowledgeable and spoke good English. The boat trip was the highlight for me. Tokyo is massive, and we got a feel for the scale of it from the boat. The coach was spotless, and everything went like clockwork! Tip: The Viator office is downstairs, under the World Trade Centre. There is more than one tour company operating from there, but Viator's is immediately opposite the staircase.

This was an interesting introduction to Tokyo city ending at the fascinating Asakusa market and temple area. There was good time to wander around the temple precinct. Guide was excellent.

A great introduction to Tokyo. The guide was very knowledgeable and good sense of humour! We did not have enough time at the temple market but apart from that it was very good and we would recommend this to anyone new to Tokyo.

The guide was good, the sights were worth seeing, and we enjoyed the convenience of being picked up and delivered at our hotel. We were only in Tokyo for a short time, and this was a good way to get a glimpse of the city.

The start in the bus terminal was a bit chaotic. Getting picked up from the hotel was good. Overall the tour was a good value.

This tour was by far the best of all the tours we took. It was very well paced and gave us enough time to enjoy Japan at its best.

As we only had a short period of time in Japan this tour was very good - it showed us quite a lot of Tokyo that we wouldn't have seen if we tried to do it ourselves.

The trip was OK. It's really just transport from one place to another and very quick stops at a few key places. Good if you don't have much time.

Places visited were within easy reach of the city. The river cruise was boring - all the guide did was name the bridges, no history of the surrounding sites. We left the tour at the Asakusa shrine and made our way home after shopping.
