Had been twice before, but this was an excellent trip and good value. Lunch very enjoyable and saved time dithering on where to eat. We would not have seen half of what we did had we not been on the organised trip Have to say wine tasting not a patch on what we did in Australia. Could miss that and spend time in beautiful Niagara on the Lake which I loved on a previous trip.

What a wonderful day! Take a waterproof camera on the Maid of the Mist for fab photos.

We went in early Spring, so the Maid of the Mist was not running. However, Niagara Falls with ice on the river and the American falls iced up is "picture perfect." Niagara is a two-time visit: once in late winter or early spring and the other in late summer or autumn to ride the Maid of the Mist. The IMAX is included in the cost. It was alright, but you have to do the "behind the falls experience" at extra cost which was amazing in early Spring. Lunch was an excellent buffet meal. The winery was okay.

This is a fantastic trip! The meal which was included in our trip was lovely; there was so much to choose from, and all of it was very tasty. It was a lovely location to eat as well, very clean and relaxing.

The tour started on time. The driver had a good knowledge of the area and of the Falls. There were only 16 people on the coach, which was a good number. This was one of the best tours I have been on.

A trip not to be missed. I think we were lucky with a good driver.

Superb views, the boat really gets in close to the foot of the falls. The buffet lunch at the hotel was also very good. The visit to the vineyard was interesting and gave the opportunity to purchase wine at a reasonable price. In summary a good day and well worth doing.

Excellent! The tour operator made the trip to this wonder of nature most enjoyable and informative. The wine tour was disappointing, though; I felt we were given samples from the weaker end of the spectrum - it certainly tasted that way - and therefore I did not have the confidence to buy any expensive bottles. I realise it is difficult to pitch something like that just right because tourists vary - some are connoisseurs and others novices. Finally, the bus that turned up for us was from a different company than the one we were told to expect. That may all be perfectly clear to you, but it is not to the newly arrived tourist waiting at the side of the road, where we encountered a succession of buses going to different destinations. You could tell us what to expect when we telephone our confirmation. These are minor complaints; the main attraction was the Falls and that part of the tour was great.

Would appreciated if the traveler was advised before hand that 3 of that advertised aspects of the tour either do not operate any longer stopover in Niagara on the Lake and behind the falls walk and that the boat trip was not operating at the time.

The meal was great. We just felt as if we didn't have enough time in Niagara, things felt a bit rushed.

The boat was already in dry dock, so we did not get to ride, but rest of trip and the buffet were enjoyable.
