Well worth it! It must be difficult balancing organized activity with free moments and my only comment is regarding free time. It would have been nice to have a little longer to take pictures and walk about. The guide was great. It was clear that some of the other tours weren't having as good a time as us! The Falls are awesome, although now days the water flow is controlled by Man. Times with fewer tourists give a greater opportunity to enjoy them to the full. I am glad I did this trip.

The falls are a very impressive sight. our coach driver was very knowledgeable and courteous which also helped. The buffet lunch at the Sheraton was also very good value.

The large coach was full for this trip, and I think that having just 1 person being the guide AND the driver made life very difficult for him. It was extremely confusing for him, as some people were staying in Niagara, some people were coming back from Niagara, and despite a head count after leaving Niagara, it appears he still managed to "forget" some people - although it was their own fault for being late back to bus at the allotted time. The tour itself was most enjoyable, but with a full coachload of people from all different countries, some of whom may speak little or no English, I think it needed maybe 2 people, a guide & a driver, to help smooth things along. I did feel sorry for the driver, as he had a difficult job trying to keep track of everybody, and do not blame him personally in any way. I found him a very excellent guide, but maybe he just had too much to do on his own.

Superb views, the boat really gets in close to the foot of the falls. The buffet lunch at the hotel was also very good. The visit to the vineyard was interesting and gave the opportunity to purchase wine at a reasonable price. In summary a good day and well worth doing.

Excellent! The tour operator made the trip to this wonder of nature most enjoyable and informative. The wine tour was disappointing, though; I felt we were given samples from the weaker end of the spectrum - it certainly tasted that way - and therefore I did not have the confidence to buy any expensive bottles. I realise it is difficult to pitch something like that just right because tourists vary - some are connoisseurs and others novices. Finally, the bus that turned up for us was from a different company than the one we were told to expect. That may all be perfectly clear to you, but it is not to the newly arrived tourist waiting at the side of the road, where we encountered a succession of buses going to different destinations. You could tell us what to expect when we telephone our confirmation. These are minor complaints; the main attraction was the Falls and that part of the tour was great.

Would appreciated if the traveler was advised before hand that 3 of that advertised aspects of the tour either do not operate any longer stopover in Niagara on the Lake and behind the falls walk and that the boat trip was not operating at the time.

The meal was great. We just felt as if we didn't have enough time in Niagara, things felt a bit rushed.

The boat was already in dry dock, so we did not get to ride, but rest of trip and the buffet were enjoyable.

The winery visit wasn't a huge success — our hosts didn't appear to be very enthusiastic about our visit.

This was a very enjoyable trip. The lunch was first-class and the trip on the Maid of the Mist was memorable. The highlight was the helicopter ride over Niagara Falls - an unforgettable experience and not to be missed whatever the cost. The driver was entertaining and had encyclopedic knowledge of the tour. Minor criticism - the stop for wine tasting was slightly incongruous with the rest of the day.

For this tour, we spent lots of money to travel to Toronto. On arrival in Canada, we realized that another tour operator does a Niagara tour from Montreal.
