Was a great day with very friendly and informative guide. Canadian Niagara Falls was a bit more built up with casino's etc than I expected. Buffet was uninspiring, but provided great view over the falls. Was a little disappointed we didn't get to stay to see the lights shine over the falls.

We had a very enjoyable day although a long one. Seeing and experiencing the Falls was one of our holiday never to be forgotten memories.
Our tour guide Emil was very knowledgeable and funny and very patient with some of our late tourists! Tim the driver always got to the stops on schedule and was very obliging when dropping us all back or close to our hotels. My only complaint would be the Winery stop, perhaps a different one could be tried.

It was a good day and Niagara Falls are well worth seeing. The vineyard was excellent as was the lunch. The only drawback for this particular trip was the poor performance of the tour guide. He mumbled and basically left everyone to their own devices. He did not appear interested who was on the bus.

I really enjoyed the sights we saw on the day trip to Niagara Falls - everything was amazing to see and do.
My absolute favourite was the Maid of the Mist. I wish there was more time at Niagara Falls as it seemed like we were always in a rush.
I did not highly regard the tour guide "Eddie" as he mumbled his way through the day so I didn't learn much at all. He was also very monotonous.

The tour itself was great, it covered everything we wanted to see BUT.... our lunch reservation wasn't booked so had to wait 40 minutes in a hallway to eat, the bus then broke down and we had a 2 hour wait before another one could be found. Our driver Eddy was excellent though. Sam the host was knowledgable but kept repeating himself, once we reached Niagara Falls he sat and chain smoked until the bus was late and then disappeared without word - rather disappointing.
It was an enjoyable tour, covered all the stops advertised and was interesting and we got to meet lots of people from all over the world.

Trip was amazing!!! fantastic weather, tour guide was excellent, driver was excellent, food at the sheraton was SOOOOO GOOD!!!
only thing was I probably would've preferred to stay longer in town after the maid of the mist tour to have a look around rather than the other town on the way back (niagara on the lake)

A very enjoyable day, expert commentary, didn't feel rushed or hassled at all

Other than being slightly unorganized at first, it was an amazing day. The tour guide was lovely and it was most certainly one of the best days we have ever spent in niagara.

The tour started late due to hotel pick ups. The tour bus was pretty old and the intercom system did not work very well. The guide was a little hard to understand (partly due to bad intercom system). They overbooked the tour and the bus was completely full. The tour was a little longer than I thought it'd be (meaning we got back into Toronto later that I had wanted).

I really enjoyed my trip with my Mom. My mom said it was the best one with Viator that she has ever been on. Allen, our guide, was funny, informative and accommodating. We unfortunately did not get to do some things due to a snafu that was not anyone's fault (just a language barrier), but other than that it was fun. I would suggest this trip for anyone looking to do a day trip. Just one thing I would suggest.... instead of doing the wine tasting at 10.00, that should be the last stop. That way people are relaxed and you have more time to browse for a potential wine - if you choose.

I booked this trip mainly for transport to the falls from Toronto. I got that and was happy. I think the tour could be improved if they dropped the winery visit and allowed more time at the falls. Or at least replaced the winery with one that was a bit more scenic so at those that don't drink wine can wander around and do something else. But the falls themselves were impressive and I enjoyed being able to spend a short amount of time in Niagara on the Lake.
