Couldn't recommend this tour enough!
Our guide was very knowledgeable and his commentary made the bus portion of the tour very quick indeed. The vineyard was lovely and the prices of al the products on sale were very competitive. Our dinner was superb, we were taken to the dining room in the Sheraton hotel, their buffet had something for everyone and we were allowed access to the ledge to take photographs of the falls. We were given details of a time and place to meet the bus and never once felt rushed or pushed to take part in anything. The hornblower trip is fantastic - we had a great time!
The best Tour ever. Very well organzied. The tour Guide Allen was very very nice and friendly. Everything was perfectly on time. They came to pick me up from my hotel. Niagra falls is a must see thing at Toronto... The evening trip is awesome....
Unable to make tour due to flight cancellation in Washington D C Reagan Airport due to severe thunderstorms in the area. We were unable to make Toronto in time to keep our appointment to make the tour. Am requesting a refund of our tour since cause of delay was "an Act of God".
Awesome tour!! Alan and Anthony our guides were spectacular. The buffet dinner at the Sheraton was to die for and caters for all tastes!! Had a really great trip and would recommend this tour to anyone thinking of going to Niagara Falls.
I highly recommend these tours.Allen our tour guide is so friendly. We went to winery where we had wine tasting,Helicopter ride station,Niagara park and Cable car ride.It was a fantastic trip.Nice to see the unmatched beauty of Niagara falls day and night. Also I love the buffet dinner in sheraton falls view restaurant.Amazing!
This tour is not only for older people. Our tour guide and driver were both fantastic and very entertaining. You got to see and learn a lot about the whole area, not only the falls. The buffet dinner was quite good and totally worth the extra costs. The boat ride was also fun (a throw-away rain coat is provided). Seeing the falls at night (additionally to seeing them at daylight) illuminated by old search-lights was a nice bonus. The town of Niagara Falls itself is basically little Las Vegas of Canada with a lot of amusement arcades and silly attractions for young and old.
Be aware that there are no fireworks off-season. We did the trip on the last sunday of September.
Fantastic day. Very well organised. Great meal provided. Was expecting a very basic buffet and was very pleasantly surprised. Would thoroughly recommend this tour.
My husband, daughter and I were collected from Grand Hotel at 12.45pm. Driving through Toronto was great as Alan, our wonderful guide, was giving a lot of interesting facts about the city. We loved wine-testing stop in a beautiful little town/village, and ended up buying some excellent wine and grape juice for our daughter. The rest of the day was amazing! The views breathtaking! What I was fearing the most - crowds and confusion - didn't happen. Everything ran very smoothly, including the highlight of our journey - trip on the Maid of the Mist. I think absolutely everyone should try and get close to the falls, which will overwhelm all your senses. We loved the dinner at Sheraton, and as we went on Friday evening, fireworks at the end of the day. Of course glorious summer weather helped our enjoyment. I would very much recommend this trip!
This was such a highlight of our holiday, Alan our tour guide made this trip so memorable. His knowledge friendly approach and humour all added to a wonderful evening out. When we arrived in the Niagara region we had a quick wine tasting stop followed by a lovely ride through Niagara On The Lake. A few of the people on the coach (me included) took advantage of the optional Helicopter flight over the falls (highly recommended) Once we had done this we drove on up to the falls and all got on the Maid Of The Mist boat. After the boat trip Alan had arranged to meet us at the front of the Sheraton on the falls hotel where we had a delicious buffet dinner overlooking the falls. Once dinner was finished we all got on the coach again up to the horseshoe falls area, this is where we spent the final part of the evening watching the light show and the fireworks. At the end of the evening we were taken back to Toronto and dropped of near to our hotels. If you get the chance to do this do not hesitate it was wonderful...Thanks again Alan
