The guide was really nice. He knew the area well and kept us well informed. After Niagara Falls, we visited winery and tasted ice wines, and they were also good. On the way back to Toronto, the driver changed planned route to avoid traffic congestion and drove by lake Ontario. It was nice view and the guide told us story about those area. I never felt bored.

The tour included a hotel pick up. This was efficient and on time. The driver was super, very helpful and keen to ensure a worthwhile experience for all. The tour was well timed and allowed plenty of opportunities for doing the sights. The falls and the Maid of the Mist ride included were stunning. A great day with a great driver and a most reputable company, many thanks for enabling me to do the falls in a short period of time!

Unfortunately, our bus's air-conditioning was not working on the way to the falls, which was very uncomfortable. The driver soon arranged a replacement bus for us to be transported home on, which was much appreciated as it was a very hot day. We called in to a winery on the way back to the city and were given a lovely bottle of sparkling orange juice because of the bus problem, so very much appreciated once again. This was a great tour that we would recommend to everyone visiting Toronto. It is a must-see, such a natural beauty. We went on the ferry very close to the falls--it was amazing.

Having rated it high on content & everything, I would advise you to do the tour that includes lunch! We did not realise that "freedom" was only an hour at lunchtime; we thought we would have a few hours to do things. Trying to get lunch was bad enough & rushed in the Hard Rock Cafe. Everything else was great.

Niagara Falls is amazing, photos just cannot do it justice. There were some issues making the booking, but ultimately a great experience.

Good tour, Maid of the Mist not running due to the weather, but alternative was still good(Journey behind the falls)Would of liked to spend time at Niagara on the Lake rather than the tourist trap of a winery tour which was a waist of time.Guide was good with useful information.

Good tour overall guide and driver were friendly, knowledgable, and on-time. Falls were great, and they did allow us enough time to get photos, explore, etc. I could have done without the trip-to-local-winery in favor of earlier return to Toronto, though not really any tour invovled there--mainly a promosales opp for the winery. If there was a tour offered which went to the falls, then directly back to Toronto no lunch or winery stops, that would've been ideal.

This tour allowed us to see Niagara Falls in a convenient manner. If you have never been there, definitely the tour guide is very helpful. The only drawback for us 7 people was that we drove to the Greyhound terminal to catch the tour bus because we stayed at a hotel outside Toronto downtown. We ended up sitting at very end of the bus. People staying at hotels downtown got the best seats because the tour bus picked them up before stopping by the Greyhound terminal. It's unfair since we saved time and money for the tour organization but we have got worst seats.
