Pure luxury! Spacious well-appointed vehicle. Spot on time. Chauffeur was elegant and courteous. A real pleasure. The only way to travel to the airport in Toronto.
We had a fantastic time.
Ronnie was a lovely person and a professional and excellent guide.
Very informative yet easy going, loved the whole day.
We would defiantly want Ronnie again when we return, and would highly recommend him and the company.
Dave and Family
Driver arrived on time at 5am and dropped us off to 2 separate terminals at the airport as our family was departing from separate terminals.
We had the same driver both to and from the airport. We could not have met a more friendly, courteous and capable driver. On time and the ride was totally smooth and efficient. Worth every cent!
Much better than the arrival, this time he arrived on time at the hotel and took us straight to the terminal.
The return journey was very good - Amy was quite pleasant when I called to arrange transportation back to the Airport, the taxi drive was on time and the trip enjoyable.
This was a great way to get to the airport. No worries about getting ataxi at the last minute. The car was comfortable - driver eas on time and was also very helpful..
Local pick up, through all the roadworks, and delivered on time with no fuss, well done Viator and Carmel limos.
Very good, they where early so that was good. Just a pity that they didn't pick us up when we arrived in Toronto. We rang and confirmed the booking but nobody was there to pick us up, in the end had tp pay for somebody else to take us to the hotel. Must admit when they remember they are on time
Driver was a bit late and made up the time on the drive to the airport. Although it was not a big deal, it does make one nervous when you have a very early morning plane to catch.
OK, BUT DRIVER WENT TO SIDE DOOR OF HOTEL INSTEAD OF MAIN ENTERANCE AND WE WERE LEFT STANDING WITH ALL OUR LUGGAGE AND NOT KNOWING WHEN THE CAR WAS GOING TO TURN UP.JOB DONE BY THIRD PARTY.
Mishap when as requested to print full name my last name was cut off and they were looking for mr. Williams.
they turn up on time but you need to phone 24hrs prior to departure. There was one phone number on the voucher did not work so I tried the other and it worked. So don't use the first number writtne on the front of the voucher but the second number on the last page.
Once my driver arrived at my hotel, everything went smoothly. He was, however, late in arriving, which he explained as having been stuck in a long line waiting to turn left owing to construction blockage of some lanes on the road near my downtown hotel. I can understand this, but I was still a bit anxious when he did not arrive at the appointed time. The bellman tried to call the toll-free number on my voucher, but no one answered. He then called an alternate listed number with an Area Code that was not local, and was informed that the driver was 5 minutes away. We did arrive at Pearson Airport well in advance of my USA destination flight, but I would have appreciated notification of the delay. I had organized this service so that I could pay in advance and not have to exchange more currency than I would actually need, but the hotel bellman advised me that I could have taken their car service to the airport with the charges placed on my hotel bill. Had I done this I would have left when two other conference attendees departed for the airport, which was almost half an hour before my driver arrived. He was a nice man and drove safely, but I could not rate this trip more highly owing to the tardiness without notice.
this was a nice treat for my wife .spoilt by having to wait for vehicle.when it did arrive I had to pay extra for his parking and I don't mean the agreed 15 dollars .this ruined the trip.
We have used Viator for airport transfers for year and have always been satisfied. The driver was very nice and on time. His vehicle, however, reeked of smoke. This is not a good thing !
My initial phone contact with Viator from the UK to the USA to confirm our pick up arrangements was appalling. The operator was abrupt and rude. His customer service skills were non-existent. Our arrival was held up by a large queue in Passport control we were charged a fee of $15 for this by the driver which we were not expecting as it was out of our control. Then he charged us an extra $20 as a tip we presume and as you are dependent on him coming back to pick you up how can you refuse?! The driver drove like a maniac whilst on his mobile phone through heavy traffic in Toronto and as we had 3 unbelted children in the back of the car this was unforgivable. The car was not big enough for the 5 of us we were expecting a minibus but got a large 4x4 with 4 of us crammed in the back hence not enough seat belts. Overall I think the service was an unsafe rip off as we could have got a safer minibus taxi in Pearson airport! I would rather he hadn't turned up! My advice - cost verses safety no contest - don't risk it. It is illegal to drive whilst on the phone in Toronto. An accident waiting to happen.
