My trip to Toronto from August 25th -Sept 1st 2012 was just the best. Everything from the hotel (Fairmont Royal York), the people and all the trips were fantastic especially the day trip to Niagara falls with Burkas (Niagara Day Tours) I would thoroughly recommend Toronto as a great city break. Of course the weather was absolutely beautiful while I was there.

Was not aware pick up at the hotel was not until 8:am unless called the day before.

Good value, except slow and crowded.
The person at the airport could learn some people skills.
People are mostly tired after along flight and look for polite assistance.

went to 25 no viator bus lady in downtownexpress cubiclle no help got a supervisor who told the lady in cubicle to accept my viator voucher and give me tickets for downtown epress and van transfer she wasnt very happy she should not be in that job
