Q: How long does my Passport Card last?
A: Your Passport is valid from 1 May to 30 April. If you are traveling in between seasons, you will receive the new season's Card.
Q: If I'm traveling with a friend, can we use the same card?
A: No, each adult traveling will require their own Passport Card.
Q: Can children use the discounts available in the Passport Card?
A: Yes, most offers are also valid for up to 2 children (0-12yrs) per Card. Refer to the guide and see each attraction offer for details.
Q: What happens if I lose my Card?
A: Unfortunately, an activated Card is like cash. It is non-refundable.
Q: How many attractions can I visit in one day?
A: You may visit as many attractions as you like in one day, but you are limited to visiting each attraction only once.
All sales are final and incur 100% cancellation penalties.
