Very good cruise, value for money, the tour girl was excellent and also didnt talk too much she let you enjoy the cruise.
There was a small child about 18 months old on the 9:00pm boat and he was very unhappy the whole time. If possible restricting children under 10 at this time. I think would probably get more couples to take the cruise as a romantic thing to do!
Seeing Toronto and the Islands at night adds a whole new twist to a beautiful city. Only minro downside was the boat is inclosed and one couple decided to stand infront of the only non window (windows are slightly curved so not perfect for taking photos) impaired space and take photos all trip. Not allowing anyone else a chance and the crew said nothing.
Loved the cruise, very relaxing but didn't get to see the city lighting up as it didn't get dark until around 9.30pm in June. Definitely worth doing though!
Your crew was fantastic!!! The young lady captain from Elora was very friendly and certainly knew her stuff. Very smooth. The gentleman from Toronto, in his third year, delivered a very complete and clear commentary and also great with people!!! Hang on to those two!!! We had two guests from Holland with us who also enjoyed the outing very much. Keep up the good work!!!
This was cancelled, took the morning harbour cruise instead. Well spent hour on the Inner Harbour with spectacular views of the Toronto skyline. If you've time at your disposal, hop off on one of the islands and have a wander.
The tour was enjoyable, but we thought it could have been a little more professionally done
We went to the location in time around 8:20 PM for the 9 PM ride as indicated on the voucher. Unfortunately nobody showed up. I've tried to call the number on the voucher, without success. I've also asked staff of other boat tours. They told me, that this was the right time and place but they haven't seen them all day. So I've called the number the next day again. And finally I could reach somebody. The lady told me that I got the wrong number and gave me another one. So I've called this number. I finally reached somebody who was responsible for the ordered boat tour. And she was saying that they don't operate yet. The boat tour would start in July. So I was asking her why my reservation and payment went trough I've also received a voucher. But she had no idea. She proposed to send my issue and contact information to the sales department and they'll call me back. But they never came back to me.
Overall we had a lot of pain points in here lost time/payment and a lot of effort for nothing.
So I am asking for clarification and I appreciate your effort.
That was my first negative experience in using viator and I hope it will be the last...
