The best decision I could have made. Great way to see the city and then visit at your leisure.

Driving to Fiesole and the outer parts of the city and the AMAZING views was the best part. To be recommended.

The hop on off tour of Florence is a great way to get a snapshot of the layout of the city and a welcome relief for tired feet! The afternoon tour was great value for money. Will do it again.

Availed of the hop-on service through your company for Florence, Pisa and Rome. Everywhere, the experience was excellent with good audio commentary, comfortable ride and friendly staff. Just advice to help other travellers, it is a bit difficult to locate the stops. Suggest you post a location map for each stop on the website for easy guidance. At Pisa, the sign board for hop-on service is placed at the bus stop opposite the station, whilst the bus stops at the right side of the train station no sign-board at this place. We were waiting at the other end where the sign-board was placed and had to rush to another stop upon noticing that the bus had stationed there.
In Florence, we were waiting at Pitty Palace stop to board Line A bus, only to be told later that Line A stop is further down the bus had passed in front of us!! A sign at Pitty Palace stop guiding towards Line A stop would have greatly helped. Overall, a very good experience and good value for money.
Fantastic way to get an overview of the city. We first took one route and then immediately took the second route. That way we knew where we wanted to go back to. And the second route took you out of the city to an area high on a hill with a spectacular view of all Florence and the countryside. We really like the audio portion that explained what we were seeing and in every language you could want. Best way to start your tour of a new city and gain insight into its history and special points of interest.

This was a great way to see Firenze! Hopped on half way and did a whole lap after that. Beautifully cool on the top deck after a lot of hot walking during the day. Narrative very informative and driver had speed down to a fine art! Great way to see the city when you are only there for a short time! Will definitely do the same in other cities when I get the chance!!

Very helpful to get an overview of the city. Be sure to take both routes, one is city and the other is countryside, very beautiful.

You can't beat it! Make sure that you take the bus all the way to Fiesole. The ride itself is breathtaking and refreshing.

This was definitely the best way to see a lot of Florence in a day. The coach driver was the best driver in the world; he took that bus through places I would never dare squeeze through. Great time.

This was the perfect way to spend a day in Florence. The bus is convenient to catch right outside the train station. Excellent value.

We accidentally took the route which went up into the hills over the city. It was wonderful. We were so pleased.

I took the tour that went to Fiesole. It was a lovely tour and, despite being a little chilly, it was well worth it.
