A shuttle bus will bring you to today’s starting point at an elevation of 2700 feet. Admire unrivaled views, passing a 13th century monastery on your 12 mile (20km) tour. Gently glide past vineyard terraces and olive groves until reaching the picturesque hill town of Fiesole.
At the first sound of growling stomachs, settle in for a delicious Italian lunch including fruits, salads, meats, breads and pasta at an Authentic Florentine Restaurant. You'll have the opportunity to pair the feast before you with the Villa's very own Chianti and Vin Santo wines, before enjoying biscotti and an espresso.
After your Sunday feast, there's only a little more down hill riding before arriving back in Florence again.
