Great fun, good food, met new friends from all over the world. It was terrific. BUT, the reviews you show talk about making gnocchi and tiramasu. That was not our menu at all. The chefs, when I asked them, said, 'Oh, that is Monday's menu.' Perhaps you could print the menus for the different nights. Then we could pick the dishes we really want to learn to cook. That part of it was disappointing. Don't know that I'll use the recipes we learned too much, but it was still an evening of great fun.

Really enjoyed the cooking class. I was traveling alone, so it was a great experience to learn the recipes with talented chefs in a great setting and then have dinner with the friends made that evening.

The instructors were talented and very personable. This evening was one of the highlights of our trip! The recipes for the class were challenging but the instructors broke them down into small pieces to make them achievable. And the meal was great!

Between our chef instructor and the group of folks we were paired with, this was a great event. It was little overbooked however and well above the normal amount but somehow the chef still managed to give adequate time. I would be careful on the booking numbers as the other 'half' of the group, did not have the same good fortune with their chef. The group was too large for him. Our's managed it but it was a challenge getting time to ask questions. This sounds like I am complaining but the description of the course said it included wine pairings with the meal. We did get a bottle of wine to share among 5 people but there was no pairing.

My husband is not normally found in the kitchen except to eat. So to get him involved in this cooking experience was quite an adventure. He peeled potatoes, rolled out dough, stuffed zucchini shells and beat cream for tiramasu. We cooked with one other couple and truly had a delightful time, laughing and joking and trying to outdo each other. We were given very supportive help from the pro chefs who really wanted us to succeed. And then we got to eat this delicious meal that we had helped prepare with our new friends. It was great to get the recipes to take home and we plan to make this meal again, this time without losing quite so much of the potato with the peel as before!!! Bon appetite.

What an experience. The class was great, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The place was very clean, and we got to take home all the recipes to the dishes we prepared. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys cooking. Plus, when you see how much it is to eat dinner in Italy, you will see the value in doing this course of cooking and dining.

It was a great experience and the instructor was a lot of fun! I'm not much of a cook and was amazed with the 4-course meal that we made. I'll definitely be trying the recipes at home!
