It's very well organized. The driver tried really hard to entertain the tourists for the long trip on the bus. An ordinary trip but was very enjoyable!

When I first mentioned to my daughter about our upcoming trip to the Grand Canyon, there was great excitement, except when she heard about the 3 hour bus trip to get there, the enthusiasm waned! The drive to the Canyon seemed to pass very quickly. Our driver was courteous, informative and played a good quality DVD movie on the way there and back, so the journey time seemed a lot shorter. Timely stops on the way out and back also broke the journey, so don't be put off by the traveling time.
On arrival to the helipad there was a short wait while they tallied weights of passengers and organized flight manifests, then we boarded our helicopter for our flight into the canyon. It was breath-taking, as tears pricked my eyes as the magnificence of one of the seven wonders of the world, I could not help but marvel at God's creation! At the bottom of the canyon we boarded a pontoon boat, for a short ride up the Colorado river to admire the canyons beauty. The haunting strains of native American music, played in the background over the boats PA system, added to atmosphere as the boat guide pointed out to us the Guardians of the canyon in the rock face. Then back on board the helicopter as we flew via a different route back to the helipad. There was a choice of lunch stops, we took the school bus to the ranch for a barbecue style meal, which was not bad at all. There were wagon rides and horseback rides available, but time only allowed us a 10 minute horse ride in a round pen, that suited my daughter, who being an avid rider had never sat in western saddle before. After making friends with a couple of wannabe cowboys we boarded the bus back to the terminal and headed home to Vegas! What a trip, well, well worth it!
This was the best money we spent on the whole trip. We will do it again when we go back next year.

What a fantastic way to the see the Grand Canyon! The 3 and a half hour bus ride out to the Grand Canyon goes relatively fast with the driver providing some tour commentary along the way. The helicopter down to the bottom of the canyon was just amazing, and combined with the boat ride along the river you experience the Grand Canyon from all views. Totally inspiring. The Hualapai Indian Village was interesting to wander through, however you don't really need to allow much time at the Hualapai Ranch.

The trip was absolutely great, the tour guide was informative and had a sense of humor. The only thing that went wrong was organization of lunch at Guano point. There was not enough time to return by the helicopter, eat lunch and come back to the meeting point. I would recommend this tour to my friends and relatives with hopes that the company will improve organization. Thank you.

The Grand Canyon was a very nice place to visit. I wish boat tour were longer than a few minutes.

The Grand Canyon, the helicopter and the boat ride were all highlights of my entire trip but I would not recommend this supplier. They overbooked this tour by at least six people, so we spent thirty minutes convincing people to give up their seat so we could actually leave. It felt like we were a herd of cattle on this tour. It was very impersonal, and it took us literally two hours to check in and get the trip under way to the canyon. There were also several hidden costs on this trip, including the helicopter fuel surcharge. It caused our trip to be increased by about sixty dollars. We could have taken another tour supplier for less, and we probably wouldn't have felt like animals crammed into a small cage. I would suggest finding another tour supplier to get you to the canyon. The tour company spoiled the trip from the beginning. The beauty of the Grand Canyon, though, eventually made up for all the problems caused by the tour supplier. The helicopter ride was wonderful and it gives you a full view of the canyon. You can even see the Skywalk from the helicopter. I would definitely recommend taking the helicopter trip and the boat ride because they give you a spectacular view of the Grand Canyon that can't be experienced on the ground.

Although when you arrive at the West Rim the instructions given are pretty vague, the trip to the bottom of the canyon was amazing! The bus driver told us to be back by 2:30, but the helicopter ride got us back at 3:30, something that was out of our control. Our driver was very rude to us and the others on our return, even after we explained that it was not our fault. This kind of spoiled it for us. That being said, the view from the helicopter was spectacular and the young male guide on the raft below was very nice and full of great information. We floated down the river in silence, which was the highlight, as it has to be seen to be believed. If there was better communication between the helicopter company and the bus company, this day would have been perfect. The fact that the bus driver was so rude to us put a dark cloud over the whole thing. Go for the view, and I hope your driver is nicer!!

The trip was great. I loved the helicopter and the boat. The trip's downfall was that we were picked up at 5:50, and we had to wait than for over two hours at the office. For breakfast we got a coffee and a bun! But worst of all, the dinner was awful. It's too long a day without some proper food.

Trip stop at Hoover Dam was not at the main stop but at a small shop behind the dam so you got a view of the back side of the dam. The toilet facilities were construction site portaloos with no facilities to wash hands. Bought hand wash at the shop for 7 dollars, saw same product in a supermarket for 1 dollar. Flight was cancelled due to bad weather which was not the fault of the organiser. The trip would have been good if everything went smooth but a nightmare to sort out if not.
