Exciting and educational whale watching cruises aboard a yacht. View the whales up close enough to see and hear them spout! Seeing a California Gray Whale is an exhilarating experience! Between December and April the Gray whale travels approximately 6,000 miles from the cold waters of the Arctic to the warmer waters of the Baja Coast. Here they give birth to their young and prepare them for the long trek back. On the return trip the young calves can frequently be seen swimming at their mother's side.
Whale Watching Tip:
Count the number of times a whale spouts and you will know about how long he will dive. Three spouts means three minutes submerged, two spouts means two minutes etc.

- This tour must be booked at least 48 hours in advance of your travel date.
- Confirmation for this product will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 7 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability.
- All enclosed areas on board are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted outside on the outer decks.
- Guarantee: If whales are not sighted, a Whale Check good for another whale watching or harbor tour will be issued.
- There are Personal Floatation Devices on board for all guests, as per Coast Guard requirements. You do not need to wear life vest or the provided PFD's during the course of this cruise. However, if you would prefer to have children wear the PFD's during the course of the cruise, please advise so at the time of booking in the Special Requirements box.
- Coast Guard regulations require a photo ID for boarding.
- Cruises are wheelchair accessible depending on which pier they depart from. Please let us know if you require a wheelchair accessible cruise so that we can confirm that your requested cruise date has wheelchair accessible departures.
