First of all we were so glad we had booked a personal tour with Viator, it eliminated a lot of stress for myself and my husband who has disability issues. We were able to see the specific sites we had requested, and more, for the time we specified.. Second, "Hats Off" to our fantastic guide-Steven Rivard!! Couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, kind, and sincere individual. An outstanding credit to the tour agency. We were picked up at our Hotel and dropped off at same. He was very sympathetic for my husband's disability and we worked around that., not having to stand in lines and avoiding crowds. He gave pointers on restaurants in our area. Also telling us which one would fit into our limited time schedule.
Thanks for such a fantastic tour of the beautiful city of Vancouver and start of our vacation we will never forget!
Outstanding tour. Guide Nelia was charming, informative, listened what we wanted to see and made suggested as she took the time to learn our desires. She was happy and reflected that happiness in her tour.
This was a wonderful experience. We got into Vancouver at 11, to our hotel at 1200 and were able to get settled in and get something to eat and even walk about a while prior to our 2 pm pick up. Since this was a private tour we were able to select where we wanted to go and how long we stayed at each site. There was a schedule and we did everything on the schedule but were able to cut some of the venues shorter when we were not as interested. For example, Granville Island was very interesting but we are not interested in crafts very much so we tired of that quickly. We loved the food market there though, it was amazing. We were able to return to the hotel on our own time schedule so that we made our dinner reservations without issue. We came from Indiana so by 5 pm Vancouver time it was 8 pm our time and we were tired and hungry so we were able to go on back to the hotel. The driver was very knowledgable and interesting. It was a great experience and a great way to see as much as possible of a beautiful city.
Our tour guide was Nick, the 14 year old son of the pwners. He did an OUTSTANDING job on the tour, knew his facts and details very well, and made it a very enjoyable time for us. We HIGHLY recommend this tour to anyone. Nice job Nick. Thank you again.
A great way to get an overview of Vancouver. Both our guides were very knowledgeable about Vancover, about it's history, and also obviously proud of it. And they shared insights into current-day Canadian morays. This was a great combination to provide a fun and informational 4-hour tour.
Very nice tour to start your trip to Vancouver. It is defenetly worth the price and the time. Chuck the tour guide was very polite and informative. Loved the tour. Very highly recommended!!!!!
Our guide Chuck was great. His knowledge of the area was wonderful. I would recommend this tour to anyone going to Vancouver.
Excellent tour, arrived at our hotel right on time and took us to all the best places in Vancouver. Our tourguide was a young man who has been working for his dad since he was five (he's fourteen now) and he was able to tell us everything about all the places we went. I've never been on a better tour anywhere. I'd highly recommend this tour to anyone.
Comprehensive tour; the time went very fast but didn't feel like we were on a clock. Very knowledgeable and personable guide.
Our guide was very professional and knowledgeable. She was very personable as well.
Vancouver is a beautiful city and this tour provided an opportunity to see many aspects of the city. Having a private tour allowed us to set the pace and focus on the things we found of interest during our trip.
Our guides were very professional, informative and helpful as well as punctual. I can highly recommend this tour service to others.
