Cost effective with five travellers and a lovely treat to be met and transferred to a stretch limo by our lovely driver Tak. Comfortable, plenty of room for luggage and fun!

Driver was there waiting for us when we arrived. Unfortunately our bags did not arrive with us (thanks Air Canada !!!), however the driver was very patient while we filed our loss with Air Canada. Quick journey in, friendly anc chatty - a great introduction to Vancouver friendliness

Fantastic......we were delayed 90 minutes in customs at Vancouver airport but when we finally "escaped" there our driver was waiting patiently. Highly recommend this service.

Great welcome to the city. The driver was there upon our arrival, and during the drive into the city gave us a quick overview of Vancouver. He was very friendly and courteous. I would recommend these transers to all as it takes the hassle of getting to the city when you first arrive.

Firstly a huge thank you to a beautiful lady called Laura who made our welcome into Canada bright, cheerful and positive. Her knowledge and tips and ease at communicating not only with myself , but my two teenage sons was fantastic. My Praise to Laura McDermott can not be higher. Secondly I completely recommend Viator and this service to any travelling here. We were met at the airport hassle free and delivered with courtesy.... again much thanks from my family... Driver was polite and went the extra mile when we thought my wife had lost an ear ring. After we had gotten settled in the hotel, he and a mechanic searched the vehicle for the missing ear ring. It was not where to be found, but he called us to tell us he looked. We appreciate that. We did find it later. It had fallen into a pocket. Good work! thanks!
