Fantastic way to begin my trip to Vancouver!
Excellent vehicle and even better driver. A wonderful experience. I will do it again without hesitation.
Driver was polite and went the extra mile when we thought my wife had lost an ear ring. After we had gotten settled in the hotel, he and a mechanic searched the vehicle for the missing ear ring. It was not where to be found, but he called us to tell us he looked. We appreciate that. We did find it later. It had fallen into a pocket. Good work! thanks!
Polite driver, easy transfer to hotel after long flight.
We were met at the Vancouver International airport by Chris. We did not get his last name. He was our first pleasant experience in Canada as the custom's agent was a very bad first impression of that country. Chris was very professional but warm and friendly as well. If we had to do it again, we would definitely choose Viator and ask for Chris.

After a long flight from Australia it was great to see our name on a board, rather than queue, for 2 taxi's, great service..
very comfortable . Great driver Laura who pointed out lamdmarks and as I had booked too sray in Hastings! SAhe advised me about the area and checked I was happy with staying there. She advised the hotel was fine but the area was diverse!!!!

Very efficient and excellent service. Met me at the arrivals gate and got me form the airport to the hotel in very good time. Vehicle was very clean and comfortable
Not sure about "luxury" as it was a mini van that picked us up but the driver was excellent witha fabulous personality.
