There are 2 Kiosk locations in US and International Arrivals:
- After exiting doors just after Canada Customs the location will be right in front of you. Hours: 7am - 11pm
- If you miss the first pick up point, once you enter the general greeting area, a kiosk is located just past the Elephant and Castle restaurant. Hours: 7:30am - 12:30am

A: Your Attractions Passport is valid from 1 May to 30 April. If you are traveling in between seasons, you will receive the new season's Pass.

A: No, each adult traveling will require their own Adventure Passport.
Q: Can children use the discounts available in the Attractions Passport?
A: Yes, most offers are also valid for up to 2 children (0-12yrs) per Pass. Refer to the guide and see each attraction offer for details.
Q: What happens if I lose my Attractions Passport?
A: Unfortunately, an activated Attractions Passport is like cash. It is non-refundable.
Q: How many attractions can I visit in one day?
A: You may visit as many attractions as you like in one day, but you are limited to visiting each attraction only once.
