Overall quite good but buses not having particularly clear views and the commentary poor.

Very easy to locate at Canada Place. Would recommend parking there for easy on/off tour bus.
Enjoyed tour, some of it seemed unnecessary like the fountain in the water. Nice parks. There were a few buildings that had interesting architecture, but were not mentioned - and we just rolled on. Tour guide was personable, knowledgeable.

A good city tour. Some buses were old. I preferred the newer ones. Drivers were very informative and helpful.

On day one, the driver did not take our voucher from Viator. He looked at it and said that the voucher would be ok. He did not change it into a "Big Bus" ticket to indicate the two day purchase. We got off the bus at the stop to catch the shuttle boat to Granville Island. We were told our Big Bus ticket would work on the boat. I asked the bus guide about our voucher and that we did not have the bus ticket. He told us to go ahead and the boat shuttle would acknowledge our Viator voucher.....which of course they did not. Well, they did after much explanation and going back and forth. So the bus guide did not give us correct info. We wish he would have just exchanged our voucher for the ticket. On day 2, we boarded the bus with our Viator voucher and the bus guide quickly gave us our ticket that indicated a 2 day pass. So we acutally got 3 days for the price of 2. We could not use day 3 since we came on home on day 2. The other issue was that Big Bus apparently joined up with the Pink Bus, which we thought was another company. On our first outing a pink bus came by and we almost did not get on it since we were waiting for a red Big Bus. Someone told us that it was the same thing and to get on. Other than these issues, the service was quite good, timely and informative.

Great to get around and see the city, hopping on and off, good price too, but dont expect too much as a guided tour, if you sit outside quite muffled in parts. Would definately reccommend it though for getting around.

if your not in a hurry this bus is a good value but it averaged about 45-60 minutes between pickups

It was okay. One of the buses broke tour adding to delays throughout the day.

This was not worth our money. We had to wait way too long for a bus to come by. The buses were not very clean and the route was all one way. If you get on the stop just past where you want to go next, you have to do the entire 90-minute circuit to get there. Two-way routes would work much better.

Pretty useless to me. The hours of operation
are too short, it should run longer for the price.
It doesn't run into the evening.
The Hop on Hop off sites are too far apart and
the pick up times are too long apart. Help was
hard to find, all in all a bad choice of transportation!
And I wasn't the only person complaining about it, I hope the other travelers
voice their opinion as well.

Bus drivers very nice. Sites to see that were interesting very limited. Seemed to mostly stop at hotels. Location in Gastown was good.
