The pick up from the hotel was on time and driver gave us a informative talk about whales. Lunch provided was good and tasty. The binoculars supplied came in very handy. The boat was good and had a generous viewing area. The onboard guide was very good and informative, we saw 3 pods of Orcas and many breaching, a very eventful and exciting day.

We had a fabulous time. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained with her stories. We saw the same pod of whales over and over, and the boat operator kept us out longer than was normal because the whales cooperated and we didn't have as far to travel to see them as usual. I would absolutely recommend this trip for visitors to Vancouver and this tour group to take them out to see the whales.

A great day out. The guides really knew their stuff and we got to spend about 30 minutes with the Orca pod nearby. Some great photos and some even greater memories! An unforgettable day.

We had friendly tour guides, and we saw several pods of whales, sea lions, bald eagles, otters and beautiful scenery. We loved it!

Really good trip, but disappointed that we didn't see any whales! The tour operator was very informative and helpful, to the point of even confirming our collection from our hotel the day before we were due to go. With the free voucher we received, we look forward to taking another trip with this company, hopefully with the whales this time!!!

I really enjoyed this trip. We stopped on various spots, where we saw seals and sea lions close up. Unfortunately we spent a long time doing this and didn't have much time left for the whale watching. At the beginning of the trip, they told us that the previous night a group of orcas had come around and they were trying to find them, but it didn't look much to us like they were looking, as we went through very small parts of the water where no whale would manage to get to. Close to the end of the tour, we finally found a whale - only to be disappointed again by being told that they knew he was there as he is always on that spot since 10 years or so.
Also, the tour pickup was supposed to be at 7am, but we got only picked up at 10.30am and returned already at 3pm, against the booking page which said 5.30pm. Also, the boat was very crowded. We didn't have enough space, and people kept on knocking other people just to make pictures.
Apart from that, I have to say that the lady on the boat was very good in her job; she sat down with us and had pictures to explain the animals and described how they recognise whales and things like that. I would definitely recommend a whale watching tour, but maybe with a different company.
Excellent trip, however disappointingly saw no whales! We were out for 3-4 hours to try and find them but to no avail. The boat we travelled on was very comfortable with light refreshments on board. We have been given an open ended ticket to come back again to hopefully see some whales next time. Would definitely recommend this even though we saw no whales!

Good day tour, boat skipper determined to find whales, which after about 3 hours he did, about 6 hours at sea.

Prompt hotel pickup, very friendly driver who pointed out sights and landmarks on our journey to the dock. The trip on the boat to get to the whales did take over two hours but that is due to where the whales were on the particular day and the trip is not always that far. Guide on the boat keep us well informed on the wildlife and where we were travelling to. Did see a pod of whales, mostly dorsal fins but a few breaches. Beautiful scenery. A good day out.
