This trip was definitely a success because our guide Sheryl was so great. She described places and many stories about the people behind the scenes. Sheryl looked out for us and we all enjoyed her company during the trip. Was helpful in telling us what time to meet and where and was there in plenty of time. Just a great guide. Because she had too many passengers on board to take all home, she lined up Lee? to relieve part of the crowd so we could get back to our hotels not so late. It was a rainy night. The day was cloudy but comfortable and just right for seeing the gardens. Sheryl was great.!!!!

Had a lovely day visiting the beautiful Butchart gardens and Victoria with the ever obliging Brent (our driver) who gave us plenty of information and plenty of time time see everything. The ferry trip was also lovely. It helped that the weather was magnificent the whole day. I just wish I had been there a few weeks later ( perhaps April/May) when the blossom trees would have been out. As it was it was still beautiful with promise of colour to come

A terrific day. Taylor our young guide was so genial it relaxed the group to the extent we were in tears of laughter on the bus. The scenery and sites on the tour were amazing especially Butchart Gardens in its autumn leaves dress. Another half an hour there would have been wonderful.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour from start to finish. The door-to-door round trip was entertaining and educational. As the tour was a small group - 17 - we had an opportunity to get to know the others on the tour. Our guide/driver was outstanding - very knowledgeable and helpful - and gave great advise on where to go and what to see. We wish we had more time in the gardens as there was so much to see.

Wow! This was booked before we left Australia and from the moment of being collected from our hotel to being dropped off at the end of the day it couldn't of got any better. From our guide, to the weather, to the arrangement of the day trip, highly recommended.

Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Everything went smoothly, from the pick up to drop off at the hotel, and the 14 hr day enabled us to spend a fair amount of time in up scale Victoria and beautiful Butchart Gardens. Fabulous...could not have been better. The Butchart Gardens are breathtaking. It's so relaxing to be picked up at your hotel and driven to all the beautiful locations. Then when the day is over to be dropped off at your hotel . We highly recommend this tour...worth every penny!

Excellent tour

Pictures cannot relay to you how much we liked Butchart Gardens. We have been to many gardens but none as beautiful as this one. I only wish the roses had still been in full bloom as they are my wife's favorite flower of all times but because of the spectacular assortment of all the other theme gardens, she felt she could picture it anyhow. Our bus driver was most accommodating in giving us a quick drive around the city of Victoria itself, pointing out different places that we could visit as we walked around. He was willing to take anyone earlier to the Gardens if they wished and I would be the first to say that more time could have easily been spent there if having known before what we were going to see. However, we were also very impressed with the whole area around the water area right in the middle of Victoria--the buildings, especially the Empress Hotel, were magnificent. We would use Viator again; however, for the price and the length of the trip I do believe at least lunch should be included.

Need to spend more time at Butchart Gardens

The trip was easily arranged from the other side of the world, the tour guide was personable, communicative and knowledgeable. The locations were amazing.

For a day trip, this was well organized. We were ready at 10 to 7 and the bus came a few minutes early so be prepared. The ferry ride was just fine and the short trip to Victoria entertaining due to our pleasant bus driver. Victoria was lovely, lots of little shops and places to visit. The Butchart Gardens were amazing and the time there was just right for us. The trips was very nice and we did not have to worry about a thing, hotel to hotel service. I would surely recommend this trip to anyone.

Enjoyed the trip, driver/guide was excellent and informative. Plenty of time at the gardens, and Victoria.

We really enjoyed this trip; we will recommend it to very many of our friends.
