I could not fault any aspect. Victoria is a fantastic place to visit - a must do trip.
Plenty of free time to walk around Victoria.
Butchart Gardens are amazing.
Tour guide was great.
And they pick you up at your hotel - door-to-door service.
The tour guide was excellent. The only problem we had was that due to a marathon with closed streets in the Vancouver downtown area - we had to walk several blocks to our pick-up point. However, Viator could not help that.
Warwick was best tour guide we have ever had! Tour was great and fun, Victoria is beautiful!
Great tour all around. Khaled was our driver and guide and was awesome in his stories and making sure we are on time but having a great time during the tour.
A unique experience in Victoria and Butchart Gardens. The gardens is beautiful.
This was a well organized tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and personable. Victoria and Butchart Gardens were beautiful. We were so glad we took this tour.
This is a long tour but it is worth it if you want to see something of Vancouver Island. You drive through Vancouver first for 30 mins or so to the ferry terminal where you board the ferry. We just made an earlier ferry so had more time on the island. If we'd missed it we would have had a boring wait. The ferry takes about one and half hours and you can buy coffee and snacks and even spend 12 for a seat in the quiet area. We then had a tour around some of the outlying suburbs of Victoria before hitting the city itself. Our driver took us on a mini tour and gave us a number of options about where to get off eg Chinatown, harbour or the castle. He also gave us an option to leave Victoria early if we wanted more time at the gardens - so the tour is pretty flexible and caters for different interests and priorities. We had free time to look around Victoria and get lunch and then met the bus again for the drive to the gardens. We had about 2 hours at the gardens, which was enough time to walk around leisurely and see everything. There was also an option to pay a bit more and go back to Vancouver earlier and quicker. It was a very well organised tour and catered for everyone's needs.
My son and I took the one day tour to Victoria and Butchart Gardens on Aug. 12. We had a very good day. Especially, the tour guy Cory is very good.
At Victoria, we went to a Bug Zoo which is within the walking zoon. My 6 year old son really loves this place.
Our trip was wonderful. Tegan not only drove the bus, but gave us a great narration on all the sites we were seeing and great historical background. We were on time everywhere we went. This trip was worth every dime American or Canadian!

Our tour to Vancouver Island was wonderful. It was long 14 hours, but well worth it. Our guide. Meghan, was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, informative and very witty. Victoria is a city not to be missed. After being shown the city, we had time to browse around on our own, After that, we went to the Butchart Gardens. The flowers and various kinds of gardens were stunning. At the end of the tour, we were tired, but so happy that we had taken this tour.
Long day, fun economical, beautiful, interesting and informative!! No way we could have accomplished all this on our own, plus we probably would have spent a lot more money!
