Ferry ride was new. It took about one and half hour to get to Victoria. The Butchart garden was beautiful. Must visit! It was nice but on the way to come back, ferry delayed us 45-50 minutes. We came to hotel around 10 at night.
The tour director Katrina was awesome and very knowledgable. We saw and learned everything about Vancouver Island and Victoria. The time allotments were perfect.
This tour was great. I enjoyed every bit of it. The only tough part was getting up and ready and out to the bus by 7:00AM. Ha hahahaha!!! The bus was comfortable - even with a full load. The tour guide was informative, interesting and had enough humor to keep things going. Had a wonderful time.
This is a marvelous tour and we suggest that everyone who has time should take it. Our guide, Samantha was fabulous - knew so much and could answer all questions. the gardens were more than expected - gorgeous!
the tour was great, except it is vary long: 14 hours!! I tried to take the 9 hr one but it isn´t available on saturdays.. the trip and driver were excellent. she was nice, with patience and very charming. the space between seats is a little small for such long trips: 14 hours is way to long for a one day tour. I recommend Viator anytime for the excellent service.
We had a great day, picked up at our hotel in Vancouver in a small bus, our guide was friendly and knowledgable. The 90 minute ferry ride was very relaxing, well organised and very scenic. The town centre of Victoria was beautiful, and the Butchart Gardens were magnificent. An added bonus was seeing Vancouver at night the drive back to the hotel. All the sights involved a long drive to reach, and the ferry is expensive, so the tour was good value and money well spent, since it was a once in lifetime experience.
We began our trip a few days earlier then arriving in Vancouver by confirming our Tour by phone with a Viator phone representative who was very helpful and courteous. The Morning of our Tour Saturday, we were promptly and graciously welcomed by one of the Tour Guides from Viator which name escapes me at the moment. We made our connection with another Shuttle by Viator Tours and were left in the hands of our main tour guide for the day, Amy. She really knows her stuff and made our entire day fun, memorable. We must say this was the best time had during our whole experience there. Thank you Viator Tours for having such professional and caring staff who really make visitors welcome and don't mind sharing the beauty this world has for all of us. Odell /Lucretia J
My trip to Victoria was fantastic! Our guide, Warwick, was delightful, helpful and knowledgeable. I have already recommended Viator to friends who are planning a trip to Vancouver.
The tour was great, the tour guide made an effort to show us highlights and made time arrangement adjustment so our time was well-spent! I had a great time in Victoria!
We had a beautiful, clear spring day, so it was fun to be outside on the ferry and walk around Buchart gardens and Victoria downtown. The driver was informative, but not too chatty. It is a long day, about 13 hours, but worth it.
Our tour was excellent! Warrick was our tour guide and he went out of his way to make our trip an event to remember. Thanks to the breathtaking beauty of Victoria and Warrick, who made our trip informative, entertaining and fun–our tour was a Vancourver trip highlight!

5 Stars. An excellent, well organised tour. Guide was excellent and kept us all informed. This is necessary as this trip comprises a few different locations at various times of the day. Even though it was early spring, the gardens were beautiful. Very creative use of design and colour. The visit to Victoria was most interesting - particularly the architecture. Very elegant.
