We were very pleased with the tour. Our driver/guide was all one could ask for. She was friendly, very knowledgeable, and very patient with the inevitable late returners to the bus. We really cannot think of enough words in praise of her. She made the tour a memorable one for us.

This was an absolutely wonderful tour. We were picked up as scheduled at our airport hotel. The tour guide did a great job. The price was better than from other web offers, yet it was the same tour.

My wife and I had a wonderful time on the Vancouver to Victoria and Butchart Gardens Tour by Bus. Our bus driver was fabulous. She was a wealth of knowledge all the way and didn't let us miss a thing while on the bus. How she remembers all her facts and information is beyond us. Viator and our bus driver thought of everything. Our ferry was late on one end, and Viator provided the whole string of bus tours with pizza as we waited for the next ferry, which made the trip even more memorable. Thanks Viator for your thoughtfulness and the great tour.

My third trip to Victoria was highlighted greatly by a charming and knowledgeable guide. Took a friend that had never seen Canada. The look on her face matched children on Christmas morning.

Hotel pick-up was prompt and pace allowed a good balance between time with our very knowledgeable guide and time on our own.

We had never been on a tour before this, but the whole experience was so worth it. Our driver was great -- he pointed out the bald eagles and nests and told us so much about the areas (First Nations, etc.). My skeptical husband really thanked me for booking the trip (thank you computer). We did the Victoria visit in the AM and the Gardens in the PM in the rain, which was the BEST -- the trees were dark brown with wetness, the moss was green and healthy, and the flowers were full and more vibrant. Thank you so very much.

Excellent day out. Easy and convenient trip to Vancouver Island and plenty of time allowed to explore the city of Victoria and most importantly, the phenomenal Butchart Gardens. Best features: comfortable mini-bus, small group, friendly and enthusiastic guides. Highly Recommended. No better way to visit Victoria & the Butchart Gardens.
