Your tour begins as you are picked up from your hotel and driven onto a B.C. Ferry ship for a 1.5 hour cruise to Vancouver Island. Full restaurant facilities are on board.
Once you're back on land, you will take a scenic drive through exclusive residential areas and parks on the way to downtown Victoria. You will be given an overview of downtown Victoria and will then have free time to explore on your own.
Admission is included to any ONE of the following Downtown Victoria attractions: Royal British Columbia Museum, Maritime Museum of BC, Miniature World, Bug Zoo, or the Wax Museum.Before heading back to Vancouver, you will take a visit to the world famous Butchart Gardens (admission included).
This tour is seasonal and only operates from March through to November.

You have only 3 hours of free time and the High Tea takes approx. 1 hour of that free time. Therefore, if your first priority is to do sightseeing, the High Tea is not recommend, as you won't have as much time to go to the museums, souvenir shopping, take photos, go for a walk and explore, etc.
