we were not aware and disappointed that we couldn't go to the top of mountains other than that it was excellent and the guide was awesome.

Oicking up and merging guest into one bus was major taks took longer than 1 hour which delayed starting time of the trip. I was not impressed with our guide at all. He was more interested in selling trips than being loyal guide to current customers. Service for the price no more than 3 star.
Whistler view and peak 2 peak gondola ride was outstanding 5 satr view.

The trip was fine and the guide did a good job. However, I was disappointed that just about everything in the way of extra activities was closed, e.g. the Peak to Peak Gondola, etc. The weather wasn't very good either so photo ops were very limited. I did enjoy the tour though

There was not much to do in Whistler without paying extra fees.

This trip was a disaster. Your website implied that we were booking for the train trip only to be told on pick up that it was bus both ways. I had emailed the detail to our relative in Vancouver who also was taken in.
The trip began late because of traffic problems with the bus from Richmond; your brochure states that there is pickup from downtown hotels so what the bus was doing picking up in Richmond can only be guessed!!
The most disconcerting thing for the 3 of us was that the office continually called the driver on his HANDHELD telephone; when asked on the return trip how this could happen after the change in the law in BC he said it was a person to person device and not a cellphone; I trust that the judge who presides over the first deaths because of this letout will be accommodating. I am so concerned that I intend when back in the UK to write to Vancouver Police for their view, it may just save a life. As far as we could see it was the driver's office phoning him although that is no excuse.
Perhaps you could respond to our concerns.
