Amazing! Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Only problem was I spent too much money purchasing glass work in Murano! :)
Fun to see all the islands, but dont buy your glass at the first store you are taken to, it is much cheaper at the stores right next to it. Torcello was absolutely beautiful, check out the creepy statues in the garden!
Excellent introduction to the 3 islands and excellent value. Would like to go back to see more the next time we are in Venice.
Burano island is the most interesting island to visit, among with Murano and Torcello. Each island stops is 45 minutes, which is abit short for pictures taking and souvenier hunting :-) We love Burano island the most, colorful architecture and opportunity to see how lace making done. Didn't have enough time for lace shopping especially in Burano. Torcello was abit quite, only spot is the church. We was abit cold and hungry for food, but not possible to get warm food at a one and only bar in Torcello. The tour guide was excellent, she could speak multi european languages. The tour was excellent and a must.
An excellent way to see the other islands in the Venetian lagoon. Booking online through Viator saved us money off the local price for the same tour (about $10 each saved). Boat was comfortable, the guide spoke English, Italian, French, Spanish and German. She was fantastic. Glass blowing demo was amazing and lots of opportunity to explore away from the group on all 3 islands. Highly recommended.
This was a well run, educational and enjoyable event that I would recommend to anyone going to Venice.
Murano was good, Burano was our favourite, wish we could have spent more time there, the whole place was full of very colourful buildings and narrow streets. Torchello was amazing as well, still not enough time, only enough time to walk to the little town, spend 20 minutes, then walk the 15 minutes back to the boat. Great day though. Loved it.
I really enjoyed this tour. It was well organised and very worthwhile. It was fascinating to watch the glass blowing and to also watch a demonstration of the lace making. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a contrast to the hustle and bustle of Venice.
Really good value for money, it's true that it's a very short stay on each island but for £17 per person you get to see a lot. Burano itself was worth that money really!
Booked on-line, ticket picked up, at booth near St Marks square, with voucher already printed. Very easy. Trip was excellent, would like to have seen mote of Murano. Burano was brilliant, very colourful and well worth the visit. Would definitely book with Viator again.
