Couldn't really understand what the guide was saying. Islands were nice. Speaker wasn't clear.

Nice tour, but could understand very little of what the tour guide said. She spoke very quickly in 4 languages, and it was a canned tour.

Murano is nice if you are shopping for glass. I wish I had spent my afternoon in Burano, nice, colorful, relaxing island. Torcello long walk, more than 1 mile, only an old Church.

Torcello should not be in the itinerary, and more time should have been spent on Burano. Murano was just limited to the glass factory, which was an annoying exercise having to deal with pushy salesmen. The church in Murano would have been an excellent one to visit.

Day card for water bus available at euro 13 which is covering Murano and Burano and you can spend your own time. On the other hand this tour was rushed and Torcello, not worth to visit. Very poor guide. Not worth it for euro 20.

The visit to Torcello was a waste of time. There was nothing of interest to see. It would have been better to spend more time at the glass factory and Burano.

It was a great overall tour if you just wanted to get a feel for the different islands. We only had 35 minutes on each island, and once we got done with the demonstration there was very little time to shop. By the time we walked to the churches in Torcello, it was time to turn around and go back to the boat. I would have preferred just to enjoy the time in Murano and skip the others.

Public transit provides access to the same islands. The guide did not provide very clear or understandable commentary. Added value was not evident.

Our guide had to speak 4 different languages to the 4 couples on the tour. Learned little from her. She mixed up her English with Italian.

We could have used more time in Murano, and the sales people were pretty pushy. I would skip the showroom part, and go to some of the other shops on the island. Burano was good. Torcello could have been left off the trip. The tour guide pointed out which islands were which, but she had to speak in four different languages and it was hard to distinguish when she switched back to English. She was not very informative as to the history of anything, which gave more of a way to orientate yourself. For a fast tour of three islands, it was worth it, but there wasn't much time for anything.

The tour company left our friend on Murano; they would not wait for him because he was purchasing some glass artwork and was doing the paperwork to ship it. They did not give us a time to be back on the boat - they just hit the air horn to call us.

You're better off taking public transportation to these islands because that way you can stay as long as you want to. We wanted to see more of Burano but had to leave soon after the lace demonstration, which was not worth it. Torcello was a little boring; there was not much to do or see there. In Murano, the tour only gives you enough time to watch the glass demo and look around the shop.

30 minutes per island is not enough to shop. We left the tour and took a waterbus back.

The trip to Torcello is not worth it, nothing to see. At Burano they leave you on your own and at Murano they only take you to their glass maker's really expensive store and they could take you to 2 or more.

Too high a price for this tour. When we arrived at islands we were barely off of the boat, walked into the factory for a 5 minute demonstration and then into the stores for high pressure sales pitches and then back into the boat. Not worth the price.
