We could have skipped Torcello and spent more time in Burano, other than that tour was ok.

Enjoyed Murano and Torcello. Not enough time there.

It was an okay trip. II have been there before but I had 2 friends with me for their first time. The time on each island was too short to see any of the place except for the shops you landed at. Disappointing. It is better to go on your own and take time on Murano and Burano to soak up the unique atmosphere of each. Torcello is a waste of time unless you enjoy mosquito bites.

Not a bad tour but most of the time is spent in the boat. You get very little time at each of the stops, definitely not long enough to really see any of the 3 islands which is a pity. Ideally it should be a day long tour so people have time to catch lunch in Burano and/or checkout some different shops other than the ones you are herded into when you get off the boat!! Good to do only if you are happy you have already used your time to see all the main attractions but for the price, not bad value.

A nice tour of the lagoon nicely packaged for those on a tight schedule. I would have preferred to make my own way on the numerous boats in hind sight.

Our guide just basically dropped us off at the islands and stayed on the boat. The glass factory was very interesting and worth seeing. I would have liked to learn more of the history of the islands.

The glass works trip to Murano was best and quite intriguing. Burano was ok and appealing to anyone that likes needle work. Torcello was an interesting place with the old church being the main drawing point. Not sure why the tour guide was there, not very useful and we, along with others, found her quite cold and rather unpleasant.

There was very little time alloted in Murano. Burano was great but again not enough time. Torcello was not very interesting but we were glad that we saw it.

The tour was ok. It did not give enough time at each island and if I would have known that the water buses went out there I would have never bought tickets. Murano island's glass factory is open to the public on Saturday's only so anyone can go out there just by taking the water bus and what they call the lace factory on Burano island really wasn't the lace factory but a vendor because it was a shop and not where the actual lace is made. So it was somewhat disappointing. It wasn't worth my money this time like the Vatican was since the Venice water buses run out there every hour. 35 minutes on each island was to rushed and I felt like a herd of cattle.

This trip of 3 islands says only 2 but includes a third that is not worth seeing. Was informative and lovely, but we spent very little time on the actual islands. The tour took the group straight to the store it obviously contracted with and dropped a bus load of shoppers there for only 20 minutes. There was not time to explore the town square, or to shop with time. The guide was very knowledgeable though, and did conduct the tour in 3 languages.

Very very disappointed with this. Thought the guide was awful, she was so lazy and got the impression that she really couldn't be bothered. Didn't have any commentary from her on the boat as we were sat outside and when we got to the islands she shepherded us into one shop and for want of a better phrase, buggered off giving us no information about the island.

It was OK, but a little too commercial.

The places on the trip were definitely worth seeing; however, the time on each place was slightly limited, and the tour guide, though very sweet, was not a very good English speaker.

At Murano we only had forty minutes to see a demonstration and quickly look at their shop. The tour company did not give enough time to look at the whole town. Burano was a neat town, but there was really not much to do, and Torcello was a waste of time!

If you come all this way, you should probably experience Murano and Burano. I could have done without Torcello. The tour seemed to last forever, but I am glad we did the tour as opposed to trying to get there ourselves.
