The guide was thoroughly disinterested in who was in the tour. She went on speaking in four different languages without bothering to see if anyone was listening or understanding her. Also, the microphone she was using kept cracking in between making it difficult to understand.

This was rather disappointing. The commentary on the boat was delivered in a robotic fashion and the person delivering the commentary seemed disinterested. The boat trip itself was good. The three islands visited were not very interesting at all.

Torcello was a waste of time, and there wasn't enough time in Murano or Burano. The tour operator needs to create a trip of only those two, with at least two to three hours in Murano and an hour and a half in Burano. We were way too rushed in Murano.

This trip was fine as a quick survey of the islands, but if you have a serious interest in Murano glass it was not the best use of time. Better to take the ferry and go to different factories on your own. This was very much the herd experience, with one factory that was geared toward tourist groups.

The tour to the islands was okay, but there was not enough time built in to see more than a few things while on the islands.

This tour was too rushed and there were too many people. It was not what we expected. We felt somewhat captive in the sales rooms.

Not nearly enough time on Murano! You only had 30 minutes to see the glass making and shop which was definitely not nearly enough.

Too little time at each stop. The guide was poor and made little direct contact with us, speaking to us by microphone from a different part of the boat. In Torcello, she did not tell us how far we had to walk to the church - it was at least 10 minutes walk and raining. In Burano, she just directed us to one shop with no reference to what was generally available. She got off the boat at a stop before the end of the trip. Very poor customer relations.

Didn't have enough time at Murano and didn't find the other 2 islands that interesting. You don't really get to see that much.

We would have liked to spend more time at points of interest. The glass factory was disappointing; they mainly presented the showroom of glassware for sale after showing two items made on site. Torcello could have been omitted. Mainly, we felt the guide could have been more personable and helpful.

This was far less than what we had expected.

The Italians don't know how to estimate time. Not enough time to explore and Torcello was the worst. Not enough time to leisurely walk to the church and back before the boat horn was sounding.

Very difficult to hear and understand the guide. Although she spoke good English her accent was very strong and the microphone was not very good.

Tour guide was at the right place at the right time. Spoke very poor English. It was difficult to understand what was being said. When the boat docked at the end, the tour guide disappeared, saving us the embarrassment of not giving her a tip. The boat trip and sights on the three islands were great.

The tour guide wasn't as informative as she could have been. She just basically took us to the islands to see glassblowing factory and that was it. No other info was given on the islands we went to. It was not as informative as I thought it would be.
