The staff are very helpful. We arrived late, and they helped us with getting in touch with the guide and then enjoying the tour, which was very informative. The guide was very good and knowledgeable - she made a difference. Without this tour, you won't get to know much about Venice.

Excellent. I learned a lot of things about Venice with this walk. You have to do this walk, it'll help you to be more in love with the city.

Our guide was excellent and we enjoyed the tour very much. We learned about the history and culture of Venice. We could not have enjoyed the city as much without this tour.

Our guide went over and above her duties, she was amazing. I would recommend this tour for your first day in Venice. It gives one a great sense of direction for discovering the rest of Venice.

I really enjoyed doing the tour even though we ended up freezing at the end of it! Would have liked to have walked to another island and seen a bit more of Venice than just the San Marco area though.
